发帖数: 865 | 1 我家娃小时候也有情绪容易失控而且失控很久的问题，现在已经完全outgrow（并产生
其他令人头疼的问题若干）了。:-)
对于孩子的melt down，一般教科书式的建议是认可她的情绪，帮助她用语言把自己的
情绪准确表达出来，复述她的感受和产生这些感受的原因，表达empathy, 让她知道大
人理解她的情绪，拥有负面情绪是完全正常的，大人也会有，然后慢慢教她用哭闹之外
的方式表达出来。哭闹的时候不必试图讲道理，指出错误，白费力气而且是反效果。
还有一个建议是总结令孩子失控的触发因素（事件，环境，身体状况，等等），争取在
孩子melt down之前控制住局面。一般是这样，在孩子爆发之前安抚容易得多，melt
down开始以后就多少只能等暴风雨过去了。这么做的一个好处是你可以pick your
battle -- 在一段时间之内集中精力处理一个或者少数几个问题，其他的就设法避开或
者糊弄过去。
最后是对于目前选定的问题，要在孩子平静的时候和她讨论正确的应对方法。比如，如
果爸爸忘记拉她的手的话，提醒爸爸可以获得hug作为奖励？爸爸如果叫错了名字可以

Taichun TC11,Alaska,背景是USUI大豆苗. Alaska那个pod挑的是最大的一个, 一般的
pod只有它1/2到2/3那么大.
四种豆子:
其中TC11开的是粉红色的花
别的都开的是白花
下面不分先后叨叨我的体会:
1. 除了USUI外另外四种随便长5+ feet. 搭架子比较好.有的种子袋上面号称能grow
without support,实际上大风一来就趴下了. 利用现成的瓜架子应该是个好主意. 等豌
豆下架的时候瓜苗也该ready了. USUI能长2个feet左右, 不需要架子.
2. 株距我给的3寸,这个密度完全没有问题
3. 我是11月初种的, 1月初开始有花, 3月中旬开始收获四种豆子.豆子目前似乎快要进
入尾声, USUI却还很旺盛. 开春应该也能播种.
4. USUI冬天比较slow,天气暖和以后开始pick up
5. 前四种每一种也都可以摘大豆苗, 但是豆子和豆苗不可兼得. 如果目的是吃大豆苗

以前认为DNA具有线性弯曲弹性. 小于50nm的DNA成环需要的能量太大, 没有外部帮助的
情况下,基本不可能自发成环. 对小DNA链来说, 成环最小需要的弯曲能是:
Eb/KT=2*pi^2*50nm/L. 所以L=150 bp的DNA成换需要至少克服20 KT的energy barrier. 如果
100 bp成环需要克服大概30 KT的energy barrier.
最近西北大学的Widom的lab用T4 ligase作了成环实验. 成环概率大过理论结果up to
10,0000倍.
我们提了一个理论解释, 能很好的解释他们的结果. 就是热激发的连续几个base pair的
melting导致一些local defects. 这些local defects很稀少, 所以对长的DNA不起作用.
对短DNA的极限情况会有很大影响. 严格的理论计算结果果然如此.
Melting机制会使成环概率敏感依赖于温度.另外Melting机制也会影响到DNA的

质上是由文化决定。西方的文化是重视个体，团体的存废以个体的需要而存废，而中国

铯
Melting point 28.44 °C
Boiling point 671 °C
碘
Melting point 113.7 °C
Boiling point 184.3 °C
都比较低，这是为啥他们比较容易气化（尤其是碘）随风飘啊飘，因此大家比较怕他们。

In the beginning, things were not that sever. Earth quake hit the power
plant, all units were successfully shutdown, diesel generators worked till
tsunami wiped them away, then backup battery did their work to cool the
reactor cores. Those backup systems had done the best to fulfill their
responsibilities and won invaluable time for the TEPCO and the government to
