两周前shop rite的gift card在checkout的时候被换了一张空白卡，而且上面还贴
了还剩220刀余额的提示。这周去shop的时候才发现被调包。后来查出来这张空白g
c从来没在店里登记过，换句话说，就是只有店员或者小偷才能拿到的gc，因为shop
rite的gc不是挂在外头的，而是在service center的柜台玻璃下。原gc已经剩下3
块钱。基本上就只有被cashier调包这种解释了。
服务中心已经forward了这个case到上次checkout的店和买gc的店了。但是感觉很难
argue回来，因为觉得小偷应该不至于蠢到用shoptire的membershi |

便看了一下账单。。。有7块钱认不出来。。。。偶就打电话的时候顺便说了一下。。。
结果那人说已经CHARGE我A COUPLE OF MONTHS了。然后把电话转给别人。。后来的人告诉
偶，是什么PRICELINE的MEMBERSHIP。。偶说偶不要，，没记得偶同意加入什么MEMBERSHI
P。。。然后她就帮偶CABCEL了，说会有7块钱REFUND。。偶就让她查查8月份有没有。。
。结果说是也有。。偶又要REFUND她说按程序不可以，但她还是能帮偶CANCEL。。。说是
偶会收到两个7块钱的REFUND。。然后偶又问什么时候开始CHARGE偶的。。。她查了一下
说是2002年12月份。。。。HOLY SHIT，偶说。然后就又要REFUND她说按正常程序是不可
