活到了得癌的岁数。这只是原因之一，此外还有癌症诊断技术的改进，特别是早期诊断
技术的改进，使得很多人身体内的癌症被早期发现。总而言之，我们死于癌症的可能性
会越来越高。
癌症是一大类疾病的总称，其共同点是失去控制的细胞增殖。在正常情况下，我们体内
的细胞会增长、分化和死亡，但癌症细胞只增长和分化，并不死亡，这种细胞的永生导
致了失控，身体无法承受而走向死亡。
这种细胞疯长是因为基因变异，这样一来就有一个问题：癌症是遗传的吗？
如果回答是，赖投胎。如果回答不是，赖自己。
对这个问题的回答：只有很少一部分癌症，大约5%到10%是遗传的。
大多数癌症，大约60%的样子，是偶发性的。导致这些癌症的基因变异不是从父母那里
传来的，而是患者身体里面发生的。比如皮肤癌，是因为日晒的缘故，宫颈癌是因为
HPV感染造成的，肺癌是吸烟导致的等等，还有许多偶然的机会导致的基因变异。现在
可以通过基因检测去发现这些变异，但检测出来变异了，只和本人有关，和家族的其他
成员无关。
