说话，再解释一遍，统计学的假设检验理论根本不可能给出辐射无害的证明，只能要么
证明辐射有害要么无法证明辐射有害。

发帖数: 117 | 4 妈妈五十八岁。二月以来不舒服，五月初确诊脑肿瘤.当时医生说是脑膜瘤（
Meningioma），肿瘤大小12x7x4cm。随即进行了手术，手术比较成功，医生说切除得很
干净，而且术后恢复良好，基本没有后遗症。但是Biopsy结果出来后发现原来不是
Meningioma，是颅内血管上皮细胞瘤（Intracal haemangiopericytoma），大概WHO
gade II-III，医生说偏良性，但是需要化疗。
联系了浙江省肿瘤医院放射科的熟人，他觉得效果不会很好，原因是肿瘤体积大。联系
了北京的天坛医院，但是他们不做放疗，只做手术。所以我们现在比较纠结，不知道是
不是应该在国内继续找医生，还是干脆就来美国放疗。来美国的话不知道可不可行，哪
个医院比较好（我在旧金山），一个疗程下来费用大概会是多少？

meningiomas are low grade. this says again self-diagnosis is dangerous. |

1. location of the tumor and whether there is big vessels passing through.
this will determine how difficult the surgery will be (surgeon's charge and
OR time/charge)
2. overall health, along with 1, will decide anesthesiologist's charge.
usually meningioma is the easier tumor in neurosurgery. |

if you are not very sure it's meningioma. the spinal canal has very limited

是纯粹的discovery～ 并且，我觉得很make sense～
跟很多临床现象一致，比如，meningioma 有 18%的病人有 cervical LN的转移，这篇
paper挺有开创新的

hysterectomy are all distracors. It feels like that the question actually is
asking about oral administration vs parenteral administration. Since the
other choices are all orally administrated so the answer is C? I am not 100%
sure about it. Waiting for the others' opinion... |

以最可能肠道外给药。

Blood (hematoma or clots)
Calcified soft-tissue
Bone
Densely collagenized tissue (dura, meningioma)
Hypercellularity (inflammatory and neoplastic)
Small round blue-cell tumors (lymphoma, PNET - medullo, pineoblastoma,
retinoblastoma)
and metabolic changes like in this case.
