This is quite a reversal from Beverley saying he'd be able to play Saturday,
but the point guard with reportedly seek a second opinion to confirm this
diagnosis. Beverley's timetable is still unclear at this point, but an
injury like this would likely end Beverley's season. We'll update this
situation as more news becomes available, but Jeremy Lin just shot to the
top of the "must-add" list. |

Beverley is week-to-week and it's unlikely that he'll return during the

跑MARATHON，开始认真地跑步。今年五月完成一个半马。最近突然膝盖有异，看医生，
被告之POSTERIOR HORN MENISCUS撕裂，可能还要再做一个手术。昨天和一位同事情聊
，知道这位同事之前也做过同样的两个手术。手术之后，可能没有办法再继续跑步因为
跑步的撞击对膝盖影响太大。本来定好十月的LONG BEACH 马拉松，也不知道有没有办
法进行，跑之前要和医生再确认一下。难道从此就真的没有办法再继续跑步了，心里突
然觉得少了一样东西。
谨记一定要好好保护膝盖。 |

如果不能消炎康复的话，会非常难治疗，最糟糕的情况是需要开刀，而且放弃
跑步运动。吓得我胆战心惊的。
昨天跑完了半马更加严重。到没有恶化的迹象，但是怎么才能消炎呢？消炎药？
这个星期打算在炎症回复前坚持不跑步，全都改成自行车训练。
另外问个问题：过去几个星期我发现自己的右肩膀非常weak。跑步超过3英里
就发酸，昨天半马结束后右肩膀都酸得不能自由活动了，休息到今天倒是好了
很多，但是我担心这个肩膀会成为困扰我跑步的因素之一。如果能够锻炼消除
长跑引起的肩膀酸痛呢？ |

弯下腰腿好像没法完全伸直，手还不到脚踝，膝盖后面就会疼，平时手指可以轻松触地
。网上查好像也是medial meniscus 的问题。
另外借这个帖子问一下这里有经验的runner，这可能是什么原因造成的？我是新手，刚
跑了三个礼拜，每周20左右，速度慢，11min的pace，有时会跑下坡。。有些沮丧，刚
开始喜欢上跑步就要停。。

I have been skiing without ACL for at least 3 years? WTF... guess I am
going to take easy about resort skiing and avoid bumps and landing. still
willing to be on powder and i feel powder is good for knee:)

最大的问题在于，目前人类的手段，MRI是看不出伤情的，除非已经碎得扭曲得不行了
我的半月板都是打开膝盖关节以后才决定是摘除还是缝合还是保守治疗的
所以你这个如果不是lock up得非常严重，比如到影响走路的情况，就保守在家养着好了
膝关节伤了以后，职业运动员都可能终止运动寿命，何况我们普通人。 |

only play AMC.
i went to an NBA team physician, he told me 100% i need surgery. A Re-con +
removal of my meniscus.
but my teammates all say if i can still play, i should avoid the surgery. |

after the surgery, you'll be back to normal. Not sure about removal of
meniscus. That means you won't have cushion between bones.
