counts actually make a difference for diners and eateries.

HAL has really good reviews, esp on food. Usually it's more expensive
compared to other cruise lines, but in May the difference is not much. Based
on the past menus, they have french delicacies like foie gras even, besides
lobters and escargots.
It's the only cruise line that has (not guaranteed though) alaskan king crab
legs based on my search.

However, when I run Java or Java applications (such as DB2 tools),
it all turns up in Chinese or some square boxes. Switching back
the system to English would make all the menus/buttons to be English,
and that's what I prefer.
So the question is, how to set the Java runtime locale/encoding
such that I can run applications in English with Windows XP setting
in Chinese?

6.5? The problem is this: If you run "figure" command, it'll create a figure
with system menus (File, Edit, View, etc.) by default. However, if you use GUI
guide to create a simple GUI figure, there's no such system menus. How can I
