我体能不行，体重很大，穿TRIAL RUNNING shoes走户外，都怕伤了脚，那种minimum的
鞋子，还是留给高手穿吧。
我不是喜欢merrell, 而是只知道vasque merrell keen这仨牌子，所以才请教大伙。

曾经买了几双minimalist鞋子，很薄很轻的race鞋子，比方啥HyperSpeed4之类的，结
果handle不了，10个mile以下还行，再长了就脚板生疼
我仔细思考了三天三夜，肯定不能从自己身上找原因，因为这不是我的风格。于是只可
能是cushion不够，跑长了之后累了姿势走样，那脚底注定杯具
于是研究了下市场，买了双猴儿卡HOKA，结果太重了，不习惯啊。退了。但是发现HOKA
盒子里面还另带了一双薄薄的insole，是ortholite牌子的，淡淡的蓝色，很高大上的
样子
于是再研究了下市场，发现这个ortholite给很多大厂家提供里面的insole。但是直接
买他们鞋垫儿要几十刀太贵。
于是我又研究了下市场，发现Merrell也在卖，不知道是不是叫OEM，anyway，才10刀免
运费
最大的好处是Merrell尺码全，而且分几种厚度，比方男的分2.5mm, 4.5mm, 6.5mm
于是我就一样厚度买一双回来测试了下，发现：
2.5mm的适合垫在现有鞋子里面，增加cushion

多谢指导，我这双mizuno还挺新的，轻质透气，我想穿一次试试看，如果行就不用再买
了，那双低帮merrell留着凉快了再穿。
帮我看看，这个鞋子的重心还是挺贴地的，应该不那么容易崴脚吧。当然，底盘明显感
觉不如MERRELL稳固，大底纹路也比较秀气。 |

Asolo， Merrell， Salomon之类的都挺好的
其他的还有Rachlie, Vasque, Lowa, Scarpa, LL Bean, Danner, Alcio, Montrail,
Technica, Zamberlan and Garmot。。。

咨询了卖鞋得专家，原来我不是neutral foot。
我就是最常见的脚，有点pronation，但不厉害，居于中间那种。需要穿有support的鞋
现在纠结的是asics gt2000 还是 gt3000.
好像很多地方都没有gt3000.
merrel还是先不穿了吧。
刚刚买的wave rider和ronin还有asics nimbus都是给neutral脚穿的。
得先退了吧。 |

对于一个月没怎么跑加上188lbs的大胖子也算过的去了
跑完了之后右脚的脚面特别疼 左脚也有些肿
我觉得可能是merrell鞋的问题
原来最长穿着merrell跑过5k 没有跑过太久的

底上的纹路已经磨的差不多了
星期天下山的时候坡稍陡了点儿，就摔了两跤
想换双新的，觉得Merrell鞋子底好，但是support不行
想换个牌子的，最好还是water proof/water resistent.
鞋底也好，雨天路滑有霜都没太大问题
有没有人可以推荐一下 |

买来的， 结果老没找着穿的时候， 正好又缺点米米， 所以决定转了 （近来BUY太多
了~~~刚又买了一双夏天的鞋鞋~~~I can't control, help...）。 价格比起别的东西
来说不算太白菜， 不过我搜遍了网络， 这个价钱应该不算过分。
绝对没穿过， 就买的时候试过， 真的超级无敌的舒服， 脚底很有弹性的感觉， 盒里
的证书有说是专门为女性设计的鞋底。 个人觉得比什么NIKE， ADI的运动鞋都舒服多
了。
第一次转东西， 若有不守规矩的地方， 请见谅。

2。size: 6 （5.5的应该也行， 鞋子偏紧， 适合脚瘦点的MM）

golite的东西不错，另外在Colorado Mills也有分店，上次去时好多东西都打折，让人
心动。
Marmot的东西向来专业，不需多说。
想加两句关于熊的话，5年前在黄石见过3次黑熊，两次是hiking时看到，其中一次是十
分近距离，10米以内。建议挂铃铛，bear spray等防范措施，以防万一。
科州天气多变，在山里呆的时间长也有一定风险。尽可能获取最新的天气预报，以调整
路程计划。万一出现意外，一定要有backup plan。

要耐磨的问题，还要考虑自己穿的舒适性，是不是磨脚，还有对脚的保护等。专业的
hiking boots设计都相对专业一些，再说这种鞋不是总要更新的，还不如一次性到位买
好的。可以去REI看看，那店里总有打折的好鞋，可以关注一下。我一般看merrell和
solomon的鞋。
我不是专业玩家，只是自己的一点看法。 |

发帖数: 3857 | 48 和去年一样，又是一个在Boyne Mtn度过的圣诞节，今年已经是第三个在Boyne度过的圣
诞节了，以前在Boyne Highland过过一个，Shanty Creek过了3个，Caberfea也过了有3
-4个，感觉还是Boyne的节日气氛比较好。冬天滑雪还是那么几样：滑雪，泡澡，烤火
炉，缺一不可。原来还有蒸汽桑拿，今年这里的桑拿没有开。当然，打牌是不能少的，
几百号人轰轰烈烈的场面因为怕侵犯他人肖像权没敢多拍，但来回路上的2个Outlet
Mall是非停不可的，值得一提的是今年又意外在Birch Run看见了Merrell新开的专卖店
，赶紧进去买了一双走路鞋。 |
