them for around $90. The cheapest she has ever found them at outlets shops
was over $65, so this looks to be an amazing deal. I have never bought from
this company before so I can't speak of their reputation, but they appear
to be legit.
There are also a couple other styles on the site for good prices (Some
Merrell's, some other brands)

最近捡便宜货，在大使的忽悠下（大使应该去鞋厂领奖金啊，简直是超级推销员），进
了这两双鞋子，作为我牛顿鞋的补充。纸面看来，两双鞋几乎一样，设计理念都是零
drop的minimalist鞋。
现在两双鞋子Merrell已经积累了一百二十迈，Ino8也跑了二十多迈，我可以肯定地说
，Merrell穿起来比Ino8舒服十倍。
Merrell的toe box比Ino8宽松太多，几乎有点过分，不过，并不造成摩擦。两双鞋子都
鼓励前脚掌落地的跑姿，但是感觉Ino8对脚的惩罚更重。
如果你有脚打泡的问题，我估计Ino8可能更好，因为Ino8的设计更窄（但是对我这样的
宽脚也没有造成任何问题，这点我很满意），脚在鞋子里面不太可能摩擦。
当然，如果你平足的话，也许受不了Merrell的 arc support，但是几乎同样的厚薄，
Merrell对于脚趾头的冲击保护比Ino8强了很多。
下次如果再买，我估计不再会考虑Ino8，当然了，我只穿过 180， 不知道其他的型号
是否有很大的区别。 |

走得多，就连Merrell这样的牌子鞋也禁不起这样走法，以前在Outlet买的两双Merrell
鞋都走坏了，前几天理房间的时候看见走坏的鞋想扔了算了，再买双新的，就到
Merrell的网站上去看新款的鞋，结果一眼就睥见边上的customer connection，我就上
去写了一个comment，说他们的鞋穿着如何舒服，就是不够牢，没想到他们顾客服务中
心第二天就来了email，要我把不满意的鞋寄回去，替换型号还随我选，想想穿烂的鞋
本来就要扔了，搁家里也没用就寄回去了，不到一个星期，呵呵，寄来两双全新的！！
！选了一双防水型的，一双夏天透气型的，天上掉下来200多块钱呐！ 乌拉。 |

Merrell's for $50, you can't go wrong. It wasn't a one off item, there was a
sign advertising the sale, but not sure if it's at that store only.

finally bit the bullet and bought at full price (with dozoco 6% CB and
shoprunner shipping). When I received my shipment, included in the receipt
was a promo code. I looked online and still didn't see this promo code
anywhere, and sure enough it works with Merrells which are normally excluded

会有fivefingers那样恐惧地上的尖锐物体，但是仍然有种和地面亲密接触的感觉。几
乎是在穿上的一瞬间就觉得比其他鞋子高级几个等级，而且完全不需要像Fivefingers
一样需要一个适应期，我穿上之后甚至有那么几分钟觉得自己运动能力提升了几个等级
……

去一会之后里面就潮潮的……也许我有汗脚但自己不知道，穿别的鞋都穿袜子所以不明
显。
晚上训练了一次，觉得挺好的，没有fivefingers那么怪……

发帖数: 1845 | 31 感觉跑鞋真好。穿起来舒服。每天晨跑5.3miles，前段时间最快是45：44，一般是46分
钟多一点。今天路上有冰，但感觉跑起来不滑，前两天跑过这鞋感觉适应了就放开跑，
最终是平均心率135时间44:07，速度有了个突变，pace到了8:20。最关键是跑完没有感
觉关节不舒服，应该在MAF之下还可以快一点。
等RW的trail glove便宜的时候去淘一双，估计那个也不错。我觉得Merrell的barefoot
running shoes设计挺好，适合我。不过，我也没有穿过其它好鞋子，不知道比较起来
怎么样。 |

跟大多数人一样，跑步的起因是减肥，大概是去年12月底开始跑步的，几乎所有的里程
都由我的305记录下来了，从开始只能跑的3-4公里到现在可以跑全马，现在一个星期比
以前一年跑的都多，基本达到了今年的目标。
开始的时候瞎跑，很快就把里程从20多km加到50km，膝盖觉得有点疼，买了两个护膝，
结果悲剧了，膝盖受伤了，整个3月几乎没跑。
教训1：瞎跑容易受伤
教训2：护膝没用，反而更容易受伤。
经验3：膝盖受伤是因为肌腱强度不高，平常多做squat和lunge, 膝盖就不容易受伤。
四月份从新开始跑，买了新鞋，跑了10k，成绩好过预期，赛前最快跑到47分钟，比赛
跑了43：10， 信心大涨，把以前报的半马改成了全马，准备跟AM计划， 结果因为时间
不好控制，放弃了，基本上没有跟任何计划， 每周80km左右，最多的时候100-120km，

鞋子，还是留给高手穿吧。
我不是喜欢merrell, 而是只知道vasque merrell keen这仨牌子，所以才请教大伙。
