要用Ansys一个三维的wireframe模型，定义volume边界形状后，自动在表面和内部生成
一大堆link（spring,damper）连在一起的空心网格结构，和同样形状的solid elastic
volume对比外力作用下结构变形的区别。。。
我看见有个mesh200的element type，但好像只生成网格的几何模型
实心的volume mesh我倒是会做，比如load 一个空壳的iges文件然后选四面体元素生成

发帖数: 9084 | 4 其实我觉的me绝大多数方向都是很promising的. 因为咱们中国人做分析的比较多,所以
这方面就谈的多一些. CFD/FEA/thermodynamics/heat transfer这些其实都不错的. 至
于其他的nano/control/vibration等等,我也不是很清楚. 但应该也不错.
至于软件使用,千万不要小看,绝对不是几天能上手的,学几个教程那差太远了. 比如
ansys, 建模,修改mesh, 命令流等等, 要是你真了然于胸, 我敢说找工作十拿九稳.
再比如cfd/fea的模拟流程,从cad,mesh,simulation再到post processing,自己熟悉多
少呢? 对于一般的engineer职位来说, 公司倒不是排斥phd,但如果phd念下来,自己和公
司的实践能力要求如果没有任何接近,反而甚至后退了,那这个博士人家肯定看着不爽.
其实至于你的学位公司才不真care,只要你干活快,你就是念了仨博士人家也乐意你来当
个engineer.
总之呢,门槛是不高,但在念博士时候多留心多学习实践技能, 多把自己的论文向实践方
向引导. |

和打算投靠cfd这个山头的同学应该有些帮助。码了不少字啊。
基本概述：
CFD工业工作的按照工作性质差不多分两类。第一类偏重理论计算，工业界也是要搞些
理论计算滴。比如验证个燃烧模型啦，飞机公司验证个新型机翼设计了。不少大公司都
有自己的in-house code来进行cfd计算。熟悉cfd编程的同学就可以大显身手了。不过
这类工作很大一部分是要归到航空航天领域(Nasa, boeing等等)的,受身份限制较大。
一些民用大公司也有一些理论的研究，比如Cummins, GE等等。小公司基本没人搞这些
理论东东。
第二类就是基本纯粹实际应用了，基本特点就是应用商业软件(CFX, Fluent等等)，这
个类应该是大部分人找工作的主要方向. 虽然这些工作对于编程能力基本没有要求(会
点fortran就可以了), 但对于前后处理的要求比较高。前处理软件包括CAD(solidworks
, proe, UG等等)和Mesh软件. mesh软件又包括相对容易的非结构化网格(gambit, icem

我感觉是模型上是可行的。
如果入射颗粒被简化成液体，那么其实就是一个transient的类似于tank fill的过程。
可以确定的是用FLUENT的VOF模型可以处理这样的问题，包括这个自由表面的问题。
我不能确定的是：
1，如何处理这样的非constant的inlet flow boundary condition，感觉上fluent应该
是没问题的。
2，非常重要的一点，transient的VOF非常消耗时间，depends on你mesh number, mesh
quality以及你需要多长的physical simulation time

这个判断外行了。一个粗糙的mesh收敛到一个粗糙的结果上去的，假如数值方法好的话。
你求解的问题在数值角度来看是个很平常的问题，是个性太很好的问题，流体＋传热。
收敛不好原因可能有2个：
1 上面说的软件里面有些关键东西的处理方式不够canonical、不够general；也就是说
，真正的好的算法还没有被发明出来（其实只不过还没有被发表出来而已）
2 一个系统内部包含2种性质差异巨大的东西混在一起迭代计算的话，收敛是很难的。
假如把系统分成2个子系统，A和B；sub system A内部迭代，subsystem B内部迭代，然
后A 和 B进行交换；那么，怎么分成A和B，是很有讲究的，分得不好，迭代也很难收敛
；原因在于，A内部得迭代有自己的迭代路径，B有自己的迭代路径，A和B之间迭代有自
己的迭代路径，这些不同迭代路径之间经常是互相破坏的：在A的迭代路径上正走在一
条收敛的道路上，去B了玩了一圈回到A，先前的努力可能付之东流。所以，选取A和B，

1. www.mesh.com (最好用 IE），用公用 gmail 账户和密码登录
2. 点击 Live Desktop 下方的 connect
