If you have a positive error, you have an unexpected large reward,

2.5万吨二氧化碳是怎样的概念呢？它相当于一个中等面积的非洲国家在同样两周
时间里产生的温室气体总量，也就是说这场云集1.5万名各国代表、耗资约4300万英镑
（约合4.5亿元人民币）的大会的污染程度与索马里或马里共和国差不多。

今天回家的路上发生的一件事情。
我的自行车锁在公交车站的旁边，傍晚坐公共汽车到站后下车去走到自行车旁边,掏出
钥匙如往常一样解锁，整个过程正常，花了大约10秒吧。然后把锁挂自行车头上,掏出
包里的水瓶子，喝了点水，然后把水瓶子也用塑料袋挂车头上，就移开自行车上车骑上
了。骑出大约30米左右，见一辆很大的警察房车和一辆小点的福特警车，心理疑惑到底
是在抓谁，开的很慢。就被一个下车了的警察招呼住了。他劈头就说,,"I saw you
messing with the key,can you show the key and unlock?" 我一边掏一边说我刚才
只是挂水瓶子。说着我就找出车钥匙并且打开了挂车头上的车锁。
他就说那没什么。还说u lock 比我这个锁更保险些。继续问我是不是学生。我说不是
。最后他说我可以走了。还道歉。

Bishop, the incumbent Congressman representing New York's first
congressional district that covers Suffolk County – the eastern end of Long
Island. Altschuler said then that Bishop was a part of the problem in
