还获奖了，这么好的弟子，他毕业以后，有一个project没做完就急忙工作了，回头我
导师就说他留下的这半块大饼，怎么接手的问题，导师就说了一句，he messed it up,
so headache now.
这个mess up一般是指这个project难以让其他人在短期内迅速理清了，是针对这个
project，不是针对你这个人， 你想哪儿去了。
事实难道不就是messed up了？ 你毕业了，东西没做完，别人又看不懂，你又已经写了
一半了，那别人从哪为起点呢？是研究你的思路还是重新写？ 事儿b本来就是mess up

说，却是个很大的数目了。
情况比较复杂，大致如下：

房子的租期是今年6月1日到8月1日，短租的暑假，租金750每月，security deposit同
样的数目。与其他两名室友合租。
8月1日查房的时候房东发现她的granite counter top有一块变色了，很不高兴，想把
整块counter top换了，说要扣留我们的security deposit，会找公司报价之后再联系
我们。她说肯定是我们把烫的锅子直接放在台子上造成的。我们一直不承认。因为那一
块地方是放的调料，从来没有放过锅子。而且granite就是因为抗高温的特点，才卖的
比较贵的。
她说换变色的部分counter top不会太多，也就几百块。
我们当时就觉得，几百块对她来说不多，对我们来说太多了，就据理力争。
首先，变色的原因不明，如果是因为烫坏了，那就根本不是我们，如果是其他原因，倒
有可能；
第二，我们不能确定在我们来之前是不是已经变色了。她说我没有在入住查房的时候写

Timeline:
2/25(Wedn): Loaded 1K using chase credit card at my local Target store.
Register printed two receipts (probably many of you have known): one normal-
looking receipt but showing "NEW BAL: N/A", the other was the error message,
"This transaction can't go through right now...".
回来看online没有显示这笔load，注意到这个版和flyertalk上很多人报同样问题，所
以打算等待看看。希望要么这笔钱会被退回，要么最终出现在账户上。

了牛奶盒子，应该是牛奶喝完了装了水放进书包的。 问女儿她竟然说今天她看见XX放
的，但是当时她什么也没说。再细问女儿就哭了，现在好容易搞明白事情的经过。
上周体育课（PTA搞的，家长volunteer)跳绳，就是边上两人挥绳子，孩子轮流去跳，
每人跳一下。XX同学是第一个跳的，等快下课的时候该女儿跳，XX同学跑上去连着跳，
女儿一看快下课了，没时间争论就赶紧自己拿了根绳子跳了两下去上室内课了。然后
recess的时候，女儿就去问她当时怎么回事，她啥也不说，女儿就去玩了。然后过了一
会，女儿不甘心，又去问，XX回答：我就是mess around。
然后就上课了。放学的时候女儿接着问，what do you mean? XX回答：I just like
messing around. I mess up a lot of things. 女儿说XX说的时候态度比较横。接着
