Metafiles. Insert metafiles into the Word document and directly upload the
word document to Fastlane. This does not lose any resolution but some
figures may be too large.
Option 2: Save figures as TIFF and use Photoshop to set them to 600 dpi and
10-17 cm width. This process also results in pretty good pdf image quality
at FastLane.

结果这两个文件的dpi不一样，所以图形有明显的区别。

但用paste special -- picture（windows metafile）时，
fading effect整个乱了。

preserve information (metafile if possible"，和"match figure size" (
something like that)。
然后每次 copy figure，去powerpoint, paste, 过去的就是矢量图了。 |

I am not 100% sure. If you cannot, get ghostscript and ghostview (google it)
then open your eps file in ghostview and in menu edit->add preview->word metafile
then you insert the new eps file into word, you should be able to see it and
print it with very good quality. Try to avoid using jpg, gif or other format since
they will basically decrease the quanlity when printed. |

in the way Windows handles Metafile files (*.wmf). It's a bad one: it has the
highest possible risk rating, there aren't patches yet, and there are known
exploits in the wild that take advantage of the hole.
According to Kaspersky, it hits IE and "may function in Firefox if certain
conditions are met." The AV company's post lists two Web sites that attempt to
install a Trojan using the hole.

发帖数: 284 | 14 ppt存成Enhanced Windows Metafile （emf），这个是矢量图，要换成位图才能用ps修
改。理论上从矢量图到位图，可以随意定义位图的分辨率，windows自带的画图就可以
把emf变成jpg或tif，acdsee也可以。分辨率可以超高。我有时候不得不降低分辨率，
否则打开保存什么的都不方便。

go to paste special
choose picture (enhanced metafile) to paste
you figure will be a picture, and you can enlarge it or make it small.
save the original, since if you need to change something in the figure, you
need to do it in the original
hopefully this can solve your problem. |

发帖数: 152 | 16 You can copy a figure, and paste it into a new ppt page using "Picture (
enhanced metafile)" in the "paste special" in "paste". This way you almost
don't lose the resolution, but you can freely zoom in or out your figure.
So copy and paste all the figures into one page and then save it as pdf or
ppt.
The con for this method, you cannot make changes once you paste it. You
have to go back the original ppt figure to make changes, and do the paste
again.

第一招：先把code贴到word里面，这样所有的格式都保留了。然后再贴到ppt里面就是有高亮的了。不过要注意不要贴到以后的文本框里面。要直接找个空白的地方粘贴。这样code是自己的一个文本框。这样不管你什么样的模板。那些sas格式都会保留。
第二招：不让别人直接copy你的code，从word里面粘贴的时候选择sppaste special，选metafile的那个。这样就可以随便调整大小，但是又是图片了。 |
