发帖数: 5311 | 12 前几天子宫肌瘤变性疼痛，医生开了OXYCODONE止痛药给我，住院医生经验不足
开药之前没有告知我药物的副作用。回家后邻居是医生告诉我这个药可以导致
便秘，使肠子不蠕动，让我少吃。我就尽量忍着痛，只是睡前为了睡眠才吃。
从上周日入院吃了３粒到昨天一共吃了７粒。但这个副作用就立马显现出来，
周六因为疼痛吃饭少加上吃泰诺老出汗，就没大便。到昨天一共４天没有大便。
疼痛更加厉害，肌瘤痛，大便堵着也痛。看了药房给的药物说明书，要求如果
出现严重便秘问题就打电话给医院。
非常幸运的是一个华人护士ｍｍ接的电话，ｍｍ听了我描述后让我立马把药停掉，
问我住院医有没有交待出现这个问题的处理方法，我说没有。ｍｍ觉得很诧异，
她担心是不是语言问题我没听到，确实是没有呀。老公当时也在，也没听医生说。
我说我的ＯＢ建议我吃metamucil，我昨天吃过２次，每次一勺，但现在还没效。
护士ｍｍ说metamucil对于我这种可能效果太慢了。让我救急，马上去买fleet enema
就是我们常说的开塞露。把宿便痛了后再坚持吃metamucil，另外建议我去买plum

然后在用metamucil 冲到牛奶里面一起吃
我现在用metamucil ２天了，对于我个人效果很好，大便软化的不错
开始剂量要小，看看自己身体适应情况慢慢加，不然拉肚子也不好。
那个plum juice可以配合着用，但护士让我量要小，千万别拉肚子：） |

我家儿医推荐的，每天1tbsp用1杯温热水泡开（不太好溶解），和我们小时候喝的果珍
一个味道，儿子很喜欢，主要是增加纤维素，然后多喝水，我在网上查的说法是如果吃
维生素的话，最好和维生素分开吃，说长期和维生素同吃影响某种维生素的吸收，不知
道有没有道理，反正还是注意一点没坏处，我们是一早一晚，
不过还是要养成定期排便的习惯最重要

发帖数: 158 | 18 MM你这听着象是慢性便秘造成fecal impaction了，上面的稀便顺着边缘流下来就是那
个棕色液体了。可以考虑每天吃metamucil,对孕妇比较安全。其他laxative可能会造成
电解质的流失，虽然你年轻没有其他问题也不会有大事，但是流失了要靠食物补充总不
好。supporsitory刺激直肠什么的也不好。食疗对你这么严重的慢性便秘不太有效。
colace也不太有效。metamucil的成分是psyllium,是 bulk-producing laxative and
fiber supplement，比较安全。我在书上看到的。应该不会错。 |

一会儿再兑点果汁也不错。闭上眼有点smoothie的味道，自欺欺人下。

some water when you wake up at night.
2. Eat dinner a little late, and eat a lot of food so you do not end up with
only a little food residue in the bowl. You can eat a lot of vegetables
such as fresh cucumbers to avold gaining fat. Do not diet because less food
residues will only make it drier.
3. Avoid calcium rich food such as milk, use yogurt instead, I personally

(1) 关节灵或称固骨康：英文是Glucosamine Sulfate, 是国内亲友非常喜欢，长期服
用的一种保健品，如果爷爷奶奶感觉全身关节疼，蹲下再起来都费劲，强烈推荐可以试
试这个。在Wal-mart有售，品牌有 Jamieson，Equate，Swiss，，，都不错，有时会打
折，买一送一呢，另外各中西药店都有，加美药厂也有。一般1瓶关节灵的价格是10几
个加币，有300多粒。这个大力推荐一下。听说，多伦多有一个人，在国内是搞医药代
表的，他从这边带关节灵系列的产品回中国，专门卖给国内的一些有钱人，2 瓶卖800
人民币呢，真有经商头脑啊。没办法，国内也是渴求这种保健品，但没有亲戚有心给捎
带，也只有买高价货喽。
(2) 深海鱼油：英文Wild Sockeye Salmon Oil. 牌子比较杂，有的不纯要小心，我推
荐Natural Factors这个牌子的，是BC省出品的，是野生三文鱼的鱼油，每瓶10几个加
币，180粒或者更大包装。我常在Finch/Leslie的保健品店购买，有时一次买一打，分
