its histological type.

accurately diagnosed by mammogram. Therefore the surgery should not proceed

hard to see on CT.
the traditional view was surgery had no roles in the management of sclc.
with the improvement in early diagnosis and of surgical techniques, some
sclc can be operated on, which results in some improvement in outcomes. in
the US, fewer than 5% sclc patients are eligible for surgery.

光动力治疗主要应用于表皮病症，比如皮肤癌。主要原因在于激光可以穿透的深度在毫
米量级。
个人认为灵芝所说“建议用"光动力学疗法"治疗” 不靠谱，因为光动力治疗不普及，
而且对于sarcoma pulmonary metastases的治疗没有统计结果。已知的光动力治疗用于
肺癌的统计结果限于mesothelioma（间皮瘤），而对于预后来讲只是把幸存周期从半年
延长到一年多。而且对于肺癌的光动力治疗并没有灵芝所说副作用少，因为光动力治疗
肺癌是开胸手术切除肿瘤后在胸腔实施的，实际上还延长了手术时间。一般这样的手术
都是从早晨一直持续到晚上的。
如果想对光动力治疗应用于胸腔肉瘤转移有更多了解的话，可以读一读Roswell Park
Cancer Institute的这篇文章。

角膜没有血管,但周围的边缘limbus是可能出现转移的癌症的.而手术中不太可能保证一
个潜在肿瘤细胞的污染都没有吧.

cancer cells to metastasize. No real answer has been found yet (A lot of
molecules are involved.) For research, as the last time I did a literature
survey, there is no cancer cell (even for a specific cancer type) specific
migration inhibitor.

Certain types of cancers tend to metastasize to CNS. Up until very recently,
the clinical approach is to perform lumbar puncture frequently to collect
CSF for analysis.
Recently it has been observed that this practice greatly increases the rate
of CNS metastasis in these cancers, even though no metastasis has been ever
known to occur on the types of tissues that exist on the puncture path (skin
