是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

1.上课时间的问题。我觉得作为授课者，如果觉得教学安排有些问题，向系主任提出来
，也无可厚非。即使是关于个人家庭的问题，按正常渠道沟通，是没有问题的。所以我
认为你这件事是因改动上课时间而起，但却不是问题的核心。问题的核心是你感觉到了
系主任回复中的威胁。从这件事上说，系主任的做法是不太professional的。你向dean
表达你的关切，也是正常的。其实不止是dean，你还可以向学校的human right office
, multicultural office 和 women center（如果你是女的）表达你的concern。注意
，在美国这个不是告状，而是通知学校相关部门你觉得受到了威胁。也许这些部门包括
dean不会有什么作为。但是这是在法律上很重要的一点。我所在大学最近吃了几个老师
告学校胜诉的案子都是类似的威胁是被记录在案的。在meting的时候，你不需要说太多
来龙去脉，也不需要说太多你觉得系主任怎样怎样，你只要明确的表达你感觉被威胁了
--毕竟系主任的email白纸黑字在那里，是hard evidence。

州还不是美国领土，所以那个时代的美国板块不像现在这么宽幅。 iowa在那个时代算
是靠西了，后来美国占领加州以后，随着后来硅谷的蓬勃发展，以前的“中西部”叫法
，应该随着地图的扩张而逐步失去时效性意义了。当然这么叫也不算错。而且当时的西
北大学在芝加哥那个位置也叫西北，实际距离今天地图上鸟瞰的美国西北很远呢。 如下

examination fee 100,upper court search 140,metes and bounds 50,tideland
search 40, municipal search 40,还有5个25元的charge的名目,复印也收20元,还有
overnight charges 15,这些收费有些我都不知道是干什么的.
