我还是在研究阶段。离真想买还差十万八千里。只是去仔细看了一眼房子，想做一个评
估。
我个人不觉得 foundation 有问题。 这个 lot 非常好，是这个小区最平整的一个
lot. 其它房子，基本上后面就是陡坡。 这个后面还有至少 30米的坡度很小的平地。
地下室是水泥浇注，看里面的的木板，地板，墙壁除了照片里列出来的两个裂缝，其它
都如果有 foundation 问题，这么长时间已经早 settle 了。 除了地下室那个地方外
，墙壁没有裂缝，所有门开关正常。当然这种房子，真要买的话，肯定是要找人专门检
查房屋结构。
地下室那个地方是有漏水的问题。这个比较严重。对应漏水的位置，好像是屋顶排水管
位置。 这个家庭，屋顶排水管下来，就直接排在房子边上。我说的另外一家，是有埋
在地下的黑管接下来屋顶排下来的水，排到三四米远的地方。可能是地下室漏水的主因
之一。
水龙头卫生间都正常。plumbing 埋在 drywall里面的，目前没有迹象显示他们糟蹋到
了 drywall 这层。
楼上有一个重要信息抽大麻，很可能是对的。第一次去的那个味道，非常强烈，完全盖

四小时，然后每一个小时或一个半小时醒一次，白天nap也特别差。每次都得抱着奶睡
了很久，然后极其小心翼翼地放床上，还经常一放就醒。忍无可忍，三个月的时候决定
sleep training。
看baby center关于sleep training的内容，三个月应该可以开始了。我们下了sleep
training的决心也是因为lg好几个同事的娃娃都是在一、两个月大就完成了sleep
training，并效果极好！
第一晚，用3、5、10的方法，哭3分钟的时候进去安抚一下，绝对不能抱起来，只是到
床跟前轻声细语地跟她说一下“宝宝乖乖睡觉觉”之类的，陪她约1、2分钟。然后离开
，过5分钟再进去一下，再离开，过10分钟进去一下。如果还不行的话，就接着10分钟
10分钟10分钟的频率。
她平时是个能哭的娃，哭起来都是声嘶力竭地，要把嗓子吼到最大能量的那种。自然，
sleep training的时候哭起来也不省事。娃爸把监控器声音关小了，然后进去安抚也是

打好了，那些技巧之类的水到渠成，所谓的重剑无锋吗。以前做过一段BEESTAR GIFTED
METH， 基本都能十分钟一套题，没有什么不适应，孩子觉得数学太多了，闹情绪，后
来两者之间取舍了一下，留下了KUMON，理由就是觉得还是按普通孩子培养比较好，
GIFTED是老天给的，别光想着怎么培养天才了，最后连普通孩子都不如就惨了。当然孩
子喜欢，都做更好了。 |

最近群里有人爆料新公布的青千名单中，195号上交大入选者，为假洋博，于09年在本
科毕业开始在国内直博，后面通过国家留学基金委公派到欧洲进行联合培养，拿着
国家留学基金委的钱出去混个假洋博，博后不到一年就上青千，而其文章在纳米化学领
域也比较水！今年化学口落选的两篇science的哥们还有很多纳米的没有破格也落选的
怎么看？
这批青千2015年11月27日答辩结束，专项办2015年12月30日公示。而上交
大11月30日就在其网站上发新闻恭祝此君通过答辩了。没错，是2015年11月30日，比专
项办足足早了一个月，能提前知道答辩通过，在网上又肆无忌惮的报道，肯定背景不一
般，这让大批答辩完回来傻逼兮兮等结果的人真是只能怨有后台，好上台啊啊啊

trouble. Our jails in Yamhill County, Oregon are full of illegals on ICE
hold. One raped a 3 year old girl. Others? DUI, DWI, domestic assault,
