公司的律师，claim的比较多。又遇到了传说中的0002，RFE的比较惨

这根本没有claim。只是在contribution里面提了一些读书期间的学校奖项，开会的
travel award。结果下面列了很长的说只有那些国家级的奖才算，这个没有met。
我也自知这条根本不可能满足。请问回复RFE的时候这条该怎么回？是不理睬就当没有
这条还是简单的说承认自己不满足这条要求？

区别是我是1a，claim了review，contribution和authorship，只承认了review
没有claim award和media report，结果同样的列了很长的说只有国家级奖才算
news也要求给circulation这些，contribution和authorship要的东西也一样
感情RFE也是直接套模板来着

己开公司）一封，美国教授一封，两位编辑各一封。文章数目没有增加，引用从151增
加到了171次，审稿从31增加到了36次。虽然引用数目还行，但是，没有一个引用是大
家所认为的亮点。所有的推荐人没有一个业内的牛人。所审的稿，除了plos one用
google的排名，看起来还行，其它都是不知名期刊。律师建议在感恩节前送出RFE
response，好让移民官一边吃这火鸡肉，一边审我的案子。结果证明律师是正确的。我
只能说，自己比较幸运，碰到了比较好的移民官。

这歌是真心难唱，又高又快，唱到最后几句都快没气了。。。唱完第一遍觉得不太好，
再唱第二遍觉得更烂，于是最后还是拿了第一遍的。
自己瞎整的后期，直接拿干声合的，加了混响之后特别恶心，于是就没加了~
有几处没跟上节奏，几个地方不小心被我唱成念的了（而且还是很诡异的，跟我说话不
太像的音色），人声也音量有点大大小小的，忍一下吧~

不过有时好像在叫卖
前两天看到有人分享这首歌，今天学来录~

HYPOXIA和MET是有联系的，HYPOXIA在先，MET在后。可能机理如下
1，Hypoxia-HIF1a-VEGF/VPF-vascular permeability-tumor dissemination;
2，Hypoxia-HIF1a-VEGF-C-peri/intra-tumor infiltration of lymphatic vessel-
tumor dissemination.

Dissemination是时时刻刻都存在的，真正能否形成MET，就是一个几率问题。换言之，

请问是不是解这个蛋白结构时候只要结晶Se-Met的蛋白就可以了? 这个Se-Met蛋白可以
代表native protein的structure吗? 是否要同时也结晶native的蛋白然后确认?
如果native和Se-Met都要结晶的话,那么我们先是用MAD法得到了Se-Met蛋白的结构,然
后native的结构要怎么从diffraction data得到呢?用molecular replacement法? 还是
我想太多了?

impression was to rule out ASA toxicity.
Now with met alkalosis, it becomes interesting.
So, if ever AG is increased, we have to calculate delta-delta, which equals

Game 3, hershier只休息了两天再次出战，
历史重演，他再次领先两分下场后，
牛棚被mets打烂，再次反胜为败。
一天以后的第四场，
两队extra inning打得难分难解，
直到第12局LA才打破僵局得了宝贵一分。
这时候hershier再次上场，
mets三上三下，hershier救援成功，

Just read how Russia built second pipeline to China and no longer using
dollars , but petro yuans and rubles. We can no longer simply use threat of
sanctions and tariffs. We can negotiate but must treat our peers, even those
who see the world differently, as participants or we will fail.
