次。抱歉具体背景不便透露，圈子太小。
主要的points其实已经讲了：找工作关键拿到面试，然后是通过面试。 拿到面试主要
因为1.老板大力支持（我老板说最近有好不少人拿着钱想去他实验室免费干活，难道他
牛了？？？） 2.文章 （我在的时候还是小实验室，同样的文章牛人实验室发的就比我
们高一个档次；不过面试的时候发现search committee 竟然很多引用我的低挡文章，
可能他们觉得文章还凑活？？？）
通过面试关键1.善于交流，present自己的idea，自信。平时敢多问问题，不怕naive的
问题embarrass 自己，面试是就敢面对committee member的质疑，针锋相对。后来发现
有的表现tough的人竟然强力支持我。。。 2.了解对方需要（上面讲过了），针对性的
准备 3. luck！
我老板以前给我说过：凭什么别人美国人有3，5篇文章就能找到位置，凭什么我们有的
人几十篇文章还找不到？critical thinking和会沟通和交流很重要。实验室里要有美

以下的排名其实不是这么重要了

然后说，咱们的这篇文章要发在plos one，我一听心就凉了半截。我灌水听说，这个
plos one在中国人眼里是很差的期刊吧。
然后赶紧回实验室查if，发现也不是很差啊，4.092呢。那为什么大家都说它家很差呢
？还是咱中国用另一套if系统？如果真是这样，我是不是赶紧建议老板改投别的地方？

，因为跟本没坐什么molecular level的东西。
本来老板是想写成一个大文章，投个稍微高一点的期刊，可是因为跟其他两家合作，一
个合作老板说要拆成3篇，然后每个学生都做一次第一作者（貌似是这个意思）然后，
我的就成了第二篇。
我觉得也没错，大家互惠共赢嘛，因为如果只有一篇文章的话，很可能只有我跟其中一
个学生是一作，然后另外一个老板捞不着什么东东。 |

一种可能解释是在恢复中（HbsAg向Hbsab转变），另外一种解释是病毒变异（hbsab不

发帖数: 39 | 15 乙肝在中国大规模传播的原因可能有3点原因：
公用针头免疫疫苗以及未检测乙肝的输血，母婴传播
乙肝特性：
HBV病毒很古老，恐龙时代即存在（ref1）
在16世纪韩国人木乃伊上检测到HBV（ref2）
乙肝可以通过血液非常高效的传播，CID50：10 copy（ref3，6）
HBV病毒相当耐受加热（ref4）
乙肝是在1964年发现的，输血很早就用于临床
临床输血的血液大规模常规检查HBV之前，肯定会广泛加速HBV传播
值得一提的是，血液elisa检测并不能彻底排除HBV（HBsAg突变）
只有高灵敏度PCR检测HBV的DNA才算比较可靠的排除血液不含有HBV病毒
但是成年人输血，猜测如果血液中copy数不高的话会大部分自愈？（ref？）
但是欧美国家同样也未检测HBV输血，流行率2%左右而不是中国的9%左右
之间7%差值的流行可能因为公用针头免疫疫苗
解放后中国对卫生事业的重视，大规模对儿童免疫（时间ref？），
但是很遗憾的是，相当一段时间公用针头，公用针头免疫会造成对HBV的传播（ref？）
婴幼儿童对HBV相当易感，婴幼儿童被HBV感染后，大部分终生携带，不能自我清除

if you want to clone an antibiotic resistance gene, it can be
done by increasing the dosage of antibiotics, for instance, cam,
in order to clone (ie having more than 1 copy and on a plasmid).
Only cells w/ plasmids that can produce high copy can survive.
