去年实验室走了两个博后，现在实验室只剩一个senior的博后（已经升为research
scientist)。上周系里管钱的小秘开会通知他如果不招人，剩下的钱用不掉就会被NIH
收回（每年剩下的最多只能keep25%)。所以他急着招博后把钱用掉，按他本人的话说是
"We can start tomorrow if you want"。他的实验室招过中国人，印象很好，所以希
望我帮忙贴个广告。希望是junior postdoc，大概有1-2年工作经验就可以，fresh PHD
也会考虑。希望招的人背景要比较适合（有细胞实验和动物实验的经验最好），要能独
立设计一些实验，有基本的科研实验能力，最好要合群，好相处（貌似去年走的两个人
内部矛盾斗争十分激烈，最后双双离职，他很郁闷）。实验室那个senior的博后估计就
是小老板，会给一些技术指导和training。他的实验室是做脑癌(GBM)方向的，用一些
