之前就有不少罐头带淡黄色，难道哪些罐头都是有裂缝的？这个烂罐头开启之前，没见

of microscope is not everywhere but you should be able to find it somewhere.
If structured illumination doesn't work, you need to use super resolution
methods. Very few places have them. You probably need to change your
labeling method depending on what method you want to use. GFP is not the best choice in super resolution. The only method that had been successful with regular GFP is STED. Other methods are PALM, STORM. |

３d重建。比如，有两个荧光团，分别在不同的z position上，普通FL可能区分不出来。
confocol的第二个优点是能利用光学系统的最大分辨率
confocol的bleaching要比普通的microscope快，我知道不同的处理方式会影响
bleaching的速度。如果你按以前的protocol准备标本，bleaching不是问题的话，不一
定需要fellow别人的。 |

尤其因为扫描电镜的辐射来源顶多就是x-ray, 在大部分现代的电镜里
都被困在井筒里跑不出来的。所以，对于操作电镜的人，甚至不需要佩带
辐射计数器。不过，如果你的妻子怀孕了的话，可以对有关部门声明一下，
控制一下她接触这些仪器的总机时，应该就没有问题了。

The source apportionment is done by chemical composition analysis, not the
proportion of aqueous and solid phases......
You really don't know what you are talking about. There is no real-time PM
monitor that can tell you the increases in two phases. The only way you can
quantify/differentiate them is to look at the collected PM samples using a
scanning electron microscope.
