midcourt bounce以后的overhead,
midcourt 半高半快的overhead,
我的前几个还行，最后一个很差，挥拍太慢
我就记得跟你打的时候打了一个很狠的
后场bounce 以后的比较高的overhead,但也没得分啊（我以为应该是要得分的），

1. your partner returns net
obviously, she must follow up to cover the frontcourt, thus the backcourt is
yours. If your original position is near the center backcourt, it could
facilitate your next move especially offensively.
2. your partner returns clear
when this happens, normally she will back up to her side of midcourt for a
parallel defensive position. You will have enough time to adjust your
position, so it doesn't really matter where you had stayed. |

发帖数: 7025 | 3 Taufik's midcourt BH interception scored direct winners in BBC and US Open several times. It would be almost impossible with round-the-head in those situations, or at least badly out of position if opponent manages to return the shot.
Taufik's BH makes him move less and recovers better for BH shots, and you can't gain advantage by hitting to his BH. |

发帖数: 590 | 11 偶想练平击，就是准备approach shot拿来用。现在感觉对付3.5左右的pusher, 偶的底
线上旋球一两拍之内可以让他出短球，偶的截击还可以，差的就是approach shot和
midcourt game. 如bee兄所言，我这情况不用练平击，只要调整grip就好了？

发帖数: 590 | 12 4.5pusher偶也见过。附近一老头，无反手，左右开弓，手感奇佳，人总是站在底线内
，跟你拼midcourt game. 无数的drop shot和lob. 拉底线的人被他搞得完全找不到节
奏。人家可是拿过某USTA 4.0 tournament champion, 所以4.5应该是有的。
感觉把transitional game练好，比练stroke什么的有用多了，立马上0.5。就是不知道
没有教练怎么练。估计要用很多situational drill.

weak area for tennis.) Here's a few things we do:
1. Volley technique. Machine near service line, soft pace, fast feed rate,
slight backspin, set to sweep. Focus on footwork, placement, technique.
2. Volley attack. Machine set at baseline, fast pace, fast feed, flat ball,
sweep off, volley three consecutive balls approaching from no-man's land to
closing on top of net. Alternate forehand/backhand for footwork.

我习惯一半的midcourt球用dropshot来完成，你跑的太快，回的又好，让我
几乎所有的dropshot全输了，仅仅是在非常被动的情况下换成左手打出一个勉强的
winner才挽回一个
