最近在wellesley看中一个房子，面积不大，地下室一半装修了，未装修的一侧有一个
radon mitigation 系统，去年新装的。看了很多房子，头一次看到这个东西。回来查
了一下，发现middlesex区域地下radon的水平都比较高。
马上准备做房屋检查了，却有点犹豫。不知道是不是该买。有这个radon mitigation
系统是不是肯定说明地下radon水平比较高？即使有这个系统，是不是还是有危险？需
不需要专门再测一下？会不会影响以后再卖？

之前看到有人说此人不错，结果很不爽。
先列问题
1 虚假报价。说好850，最后HUD上要1200，也不想因为几百块钱推迟close，就认了。
2 从不为我们争取任何利益，你提要求，他都说卖家没有义务。inspection完了，还是
我一条一条摘出主要问题发给他，让他回复卖家。基本就是个传话筒。
3 回信还算及时，不过基本一行了事，不管你问再多问题。
唯一一点值得肯定的是attorney review很快，不过看起来就是发一模板而已。
结论：不会推荐给任何人。 |
