middle name打算用中文的拼音，但是现在还在debate中文取什么。。。
孩子的出生文件上是不是只要求first name + last name？
待定的middle name最迟应该什么时候准备好？可以拖一年吗？
到时候决定了，需要怎样的手续才能把middle name补充到孩子的文件中去呢？

这两天确定了他的中文名字，有点想把它作为middle name,加到身份证件里面去。老公
