提供一个从aronis OEM过来的migration软件, 还号称只能用在Intel SSd上面. 装了后
发现竟然不能用. 因为我的硬盘是750G的,C盘分了一个200G的区, win7加其他软件才用
了65G.
那个acronis的软件竟然说你的硬盘750G太大,不能migrate到SSd上面.这个sb软件竟然
连patition也不能认. 只能disk to disk.
还好以前装了一个paragon的drive copy软件(否则估计要郁闷坏了),专门有个ssd
migration的选项. 启动后直接检测到win 7的patition,然后用了15分钟migration完毕
.
曾经用过acronis做过备份,结果新版本竟然不能认旧版本的备份文件.从此决定不用
acronis的软件 - 这次也证明我的决定没错. |

出比较明显的差异么？
我不知道“结果总是变化无常”是什么意思，是说migration有时升高有时降低么？如
果是这种情况，只有两种可能，一是楼主的实验技术有问题，二是细胞的migration基
本没有差别
boyden chamber是比较tricky的实验，影响因素很多，主要体现在对细胞状态，细胞数
量和migration时间的把握上，建议楼主用多种排列组合试几次
我也做boyden chamber，感觉对于真正细胞迁移能力有差异的情况，虽然每次chamber
的结果会有些起伏，但是总体趋势肯定是不变的，具体实验里种种tricky的手段只是为
了把表型做的更加明显一点而已 |

chamber，反正就是那种买的insert独立包装的，把它放在２４well plate中。
control就是无serum的培养液，实验组就是正常１０%serum的培养液。结果就是有时候
control里migration的细胞很少（相对１０%的培养液的实验组），有时候很高，与实
验组没区别。migration的时间是４小时。
感觉每次细胞状态变化很大，除去没migration的细胞这个操作变化也很大，不知道大
家都是怎么做的，protocol都是说用cotton swab，感觉这个操作起来变化太大了
大家是怎么操作，怎么染色，定量的？

都没有问题。
不过在terminal下，后装的command就不行了。比如说latex，gcc，
其实这些command都被migrate过来了，可能terminal不认。因为latex在emacs下还是
work的。
是不是要把latex和xcode的bin目录添加到terminal默认的路径下？

files, backup etc. It has always been a time and energy consuming process

现在有一特长控制流程较复杂的MS SQL Server SP 需要改写.
简单来说就是使用标准的JDBC SQL,不使用Stored Procedure.
这样一来,似乎:
1.复杂的控制流程只能在客户端的Java代码实现
2.需要多次(执行SQL/处理结果)的iteration.似乎这样性能会比使用SP降低不少?
