发帖数: 857 | 6 我们在CLARKSBURG看了半年房，也是三个月前才签的合同，给你说说我的看法。
里面的建筑商主要有NVHOME， RYANHOME， BEAZER，CRAFTSTAR和MIHOME。 NVhome相比
较高端些， 起步价在63万以上，剩下几个都差不多， 不过起步价也在50万左右或者以
上。很多是那种所谓的NEO TRADITIONAL的房子，有起价在47万左右的，你可以看看这
些。就是车库在院子里那种。
RYANHOME 名声不怎么样，建筑质量很糟糕。但我也没有第一手资料，都是听别人讲的
。一个做包工头的朋友给我说，无论如何不要买RYAN的房子，因为他们去给别人修房子
的时候，发现RYANHOME的房子墙里用了很多CARDBOARD，而不是木板，有些房子住了几
年墙上会有大洞。我们的AGENT也强烈反对我们买RYANHOME的房子。
如果你是打算买连栋房的话，你的预算选择就很多了，要是买独立房，那个预算真是没
什么选择的。我们起初也以为CLARKSBURG 应该房子便宜很多，所以也是预算45万左右
，实地一看傻眼了，最后买了个60万的。
