上周终于见到surgeon了，得到很肯定的答案说一切都好～ 不用手术了！
医生说，老二的头型在中国孩子中比较少见，前后长，有点儿像舟状头...其实4-9个月
额骨的那条缝本来就差不多会闭合的，等所有的缝闭合后，头还是能长大，就是方式变
了——不是靠骨缝，而是靠新骨头出现，旧的骨头在内部消融... 婴儿的头后期长大的
本来也会慢一些。
最近老二的额头上的棱儿最近好很多了，刚才上了张万圣节的照片，好像基本上也看不
太出来了。
感谢大家的祝福和关心。
希望他的另外的健康问题也能早日解决，不用每天吃药...

是很严重就是了。
我这两天研究铅，官方网站说mild的铅超标根本没什么症状的啊，1990年之前没有这个
检查，很多mild的case就根本没发现，智商只是稍微打点折扣，behavior超微有点问题
，很多人根本想不到遇到的一些development问题是跟铅有关的，那时候mild的case是
很多很多的。而且说认为铅中毒就是啃墙皮才会发生的观点也是非常错误的，最大的铅
source是灰尘，小朋友手抓到，然后进嘴的，而且旧窗户也是一个source，water,
soil都可能铅超标。学到了一点啊，跟大家分享下，说喝水和做饭一定要用凉水，温水
含铅量比凉水高，要避免，估计大多数人都不会直接喝温水的，千万不要用温水给娃泡
奶粉啊。
总之我还是觉得靠医生是靠不住的，还是自己得上心，不算医德来说，医生也是人，疏
忽大意是不可避免的

我家老大也是从小(4,5个月的时候我就发现了)不让人碰手, 1岁多还不会跟人拜拜,2岁
的时候虽然会说很多话,但是全是故事或者歌词, 或者label物品.很少用语言告诉我们
他的要求或想法. 但是他和人对视没问题, 很爱笑,喜欢和大人玩躲猫猫之类的.
两岁的时候我跟儿医说了我的担心, 也是被推荐去作screen,同时和early
intervention的联系开始早期干预. early intervention说他确实有delay,主要是语言
方面.因为某些客观原因,他接近三岁才做了screen,确认是mild autism. 三岁开始上
special education program.
现在上了快一个学期了,确实有很大进步.他上的也很开心,那里的师生比很低,老师对孩
子们也非常好上心.我现在很庆幸及时送他去了这里.
孩子两岁的时候我也很纠结这个label的问题,后来想开了, 不管怎么label,孩子还是这
个孩子,作为家长,我们除了自己要努力教育引导孩子, 帮他争取最大的社会资源也很重

体积上大了很多，重量上差130g，不过没有想像得感觉大。
做工有好有坏。屁股附近变美观了。金色的塑料圈好像变成了金属圈。变焦环阻尼更大
，可能因为是新的缘故。比较遗憾的是对焦环很松，感觉比狗头还要差。前面有点晃。
其他方面还没仔细试，先试了试防抖。VC比VR吵，而且和VR一样，取景器会突然间跳动
然后稳定下来。50mm, f/2.8, 1/13s，各拍10张，下面是统计：

UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

MRI of brain was done for evaluation of severe nausea.
For her PMH/PSH, significant for iron-deficiency anemia, treated with iron
supplements in the past; HTN; DLP; h/o C. diff colitis 6 months ago; pAF
with RVR 8 months ago; yearly normal mammogram; normal colonoscopy 3 years
ago; chronic lymphedema from lower extremities; lung nodule with stable CT

I was diagnosed with a mild version of asthma. All those, I guess,
relatively mild symptoms.. such as chest tightness, throat irritation, mild
cough, a bit of short of breath... etc.. but never suffer acute problems, or
wheezing, etc...
And so far, I didn't take any medicines yet and hate the feeling of constant
discomfort.
Right now no cure for asthma. So my question is: in this risk/benefit
tradeoff, should I try to take some inhalers, etc to make mys... 阅读全帖 |
