than 12 days old are not permitted to Buy, Share or Gift miles."
但这包括不包括receive miles呢？下面是我的经验，昨天给LD建立了帐号，今天(因为
等Discover的5%bonus）刚给转了，10K立刻到帐(立刻=换网页去看，你说几秒钟)，还
有确认email什么的。截两图给还看不懂的人。
当然要新帐号转出(="Share or Gift")，还需要等12天，好在还来得及。

现在如果做这个survey应该直接给点数到 united 账户里吧，没有 Chase united 的卡

今年一月到5月底，按UA的算法，我的机票cost是$5011，premier里程是51524 mile。
由于2月到5月底，算成了1k（去年只是platinum而已，今年二月到五月UA有promotion
），所以要是按明年的算法，award mile是11乘上cost，55121 mile，
现在的算法，award mile，接近10w mile。
为什么会差这么大呢？ 因为我有一笔机票没算钱，因为是UA以外的星盟航班，4月底飞
了趟dubai，
在UA官网买的票，去的是UA的航班，但是operates by lufthansa，回来是UA自己的航
班，这个round trip一共花了3400多，因为去的票是full fare economy，结果在UA的
里程积累中，去的票的价钱成了ineligible，回来只算了420块。。。。 |

lane 6. Started at 6:45 pace, hold for 2 miles with 3-3 breathing, then
increased to 6:30 pace with 2-2 breathing for the last mile. HR for the
first 2 miles was 170 then gradually increased to 177. (My max HR is in low
190s.)
Looks like I can definitely run a sub-20 5k in a race. |

热身了两迈，和3个fast guy开始一起跑mile repeat。按说现在的状态跑不了mile
repeat，一直没上量也没提速。不过另外三个都是经常一起跑5迈的熟人，聊了一会就
不好意思不跑了。
3个repeat我都是最后一名，尤其是最后一迈时，感觉肚子里都是凉气，比岔气都难受
。明确能感觉到自己的心肺能力下降很多，肌肉还没觉得酸呢，心跳就已经报警了。
split：
mile 1, 5:53
mile 2, 6:00
mile 3, 6:09
典型的chicken。中间jog一圈，400米。希望一个月后可以把split掉过来。

便宜的真是没有好货，
地图从头到尾标着少了一个mile，等我最后兴冲冲地跑向终点，一个老头跟我讲再跑半
个mile折回来。
这个跑半个mile我也不说了，关键是半个mile连个sign都没有，靠同学自己的GPS。
好在我比较诚实，也不是啥比赛，最后到终点居然刚好是20.01 miles。
这之前只跑过2个 15，若干个10-11，我最近几个月的long run都没有带手表，走走跑
跑瞎玩。
虽然是训练，但也是付费的，所以我基本尽全力了，大家说说，芝麻应该什么pace比较
合适？

他家的miles三年过期，不管这三年内有新的activities或有miles加进来，三年前的
miles没用完都会过期，是这样吗？那account里面会列出每一笔的过期日期吗？转进来
的miles，比如从信用卡的，也是三年吗？订里程票的话，他们家收的cash杂费和BA或
AA比，跟哪个比较相当呢？

比较大一点，容易被review，所以要个人掌握
check account有时候也送mile，没信用卡那么多，两三万的样子
攒mile数，平时坐飞机租车住旅馆都是可以攒的，一般一个mile的价值低于1.3~1.
5cent，所以有2% cashback的时候没必要用
没信用卡deal的时候，mile攒的多也不可能够每次的机票，多数情况还是得花钱买票，
飞三次的mile数就够下一趟航班free了 |

发帖数: 895 | 42 从上个月的车祸中吸取教训，要买个高点的结实点的车，万一撞起来才没有那么吃亏。
然后在一个小DEALER那里看到的，第一任车主开了9万MILE，就给了这个DEALER，然后
在这个DEALER手里涨了3万MILE，估计是他自己开的吧，没有具体问。但是查AUTOCHECK
是没有TITLE RENEW的报告。不知道会不会有啥TRICK？不过这个DEALER在偶们的小TOWN
里口碑还行。
试驾发现发动机声音很平稳，没有杂音，刹车也还不错，轮胎也较新。缺点是车里面有
一股象是涂料又象是清洁计的味道，总之是有点怪怪的香味。问他说是清洁计。还有就
是后面BUMPER上面的塑料有个小缺口，同时有个白色的刮痕，估计是跟人家的车擦过。
问他说是他拿到手的时候就那样了。他也不知道有没有事故，查AUTOCHECK是没有事故。
最大的缺点就是已经12万了，不知道这种JEEP大概可以开多少MILE。他喊价是5500，然
后同去的朋友开口5000，他就说可以，但是只有1个月的WARRANTY。5500的话就有6个月

recal的
（2）coolant cap, 发现coolant每回开过后，就变少了，没有发现那里漏，或来发现
是cap有小的裂缝.
（3）开10 miles左右，发动机热了以后，一踩刹车，no oil pressure灯就亮，一踩油
门，灯就灭了。怀疑是oil/filter脏了，一年半前换得油，但只跑不到3K miles. 前天
换了油和filter, 正在观察中。
马上要换(105K miles)：（1）timing belt (2)spark plug (3) fuel filter |

08年年底买95 Lincoln towncar，10万mile，一直开着，无维修
09年6月买03 Hyundai accent，刚开回家，然后开去walmart买菜的路上挂掉，打电话
给dealer拖走，退钱
09年6月买02 Kia Sportage，开了一周，半路熄火，打火要踩着油门不停的pump，一周
后扔给dealer帮着卖，卖不掉，结果10年夏天卖给junkyard
09年9月去atlanta买02Nissan Altima，8.5万mile，开回来高速上90多mile per hour
熄火，小命差点丢掉，第二天以涉嫌谋杀威胁dealer，退掉
09年11月买07 malibu maxx LT，无维修
10年8月买09 Pontiac G6，无维修 |

比较之下还是MDX设计比较好点，开起来感觉都不差，MDX甚至更安静，这个倒是没想到
跑了几家dealer现在看到几个MDX，大家给参考一下吧

2008 Tech package (没roof-rail), CPO 74xxx miles，$25000 (这个没认真谈，但是

差不多这个价格)
我自己能afford 3w上下的车，但是感觉不想花太多钱在这个上

我们要的颜色和配置dealer 那没有， 说可以从邻州给调来。来的时候大概会回125+
miles.
dealer 说如果一个车有5 miles 在上面才不放心，有问题也不知道。 我们就被忽悠了
。
后来回来想想不对，就说让他们用fleet vehicle deliver, 不然我们就等10weeks
order 一辆好了。dealer 说deliver 很贵要自己给钱。
今天dealer 回话说可以用flat bed truck 给运过来。 但是弄完所有detail, 会有30
miles on the vehicle, 然后车里的塑料膜什么的都被撕下来。 我们觉得有点担心，
30 miles 对于一辆新车是不是很多啊？
求懂得人来解答一下。 不然我们宁可等10weeks order 一个新车子好了。 |
