终于完成了第一个ultra race - TNF 的熊山５０迈，１２：５７：５０。
去年芝马之后就想着报一个春天的比赛，能带动冬天的训练，很久之前爬山就心仪熊山
的这个比赛，但没想过什么时候能跑。报名的时候报的是马拉松，结果在几个朋友的鸡
血下，把报的马拉松改成了５０miles，决心挑战下自己。１２月的mileage都很少，中
间又是旅行又是过节的，到一月中开始正式进入１６个周的训练计划。计划就是网上找
来的针对beginner准备５０miles的计划。贴在下面了.
因为之前首马的训练基本执行的很差，这次下定决心严格执行，pace没有任何目标，以
完成mileage为目标，目标单一完成的压力要小好多。

第一次染指ultra distance是2010年的Stevens Creek 50K, 8月的北加州加上金色的荒草
山，95F以上的温度，没有什么荫凉，mile 3我就跑爆掉了，一路连滚带爬叫苦连天的
哼哼六个半小
时完成之后，就嗷嗷喊着不再去遭这罪。不过还是好了伤疤忘了疼，今年年初，冲动的
报了LT100,
也就没多久，报了AR50，打算用这个local race作为100 mile的training run.
训练---“一盘棋的一部分”
没有特别针对ultra distance训练，过去几个月都是在跑base training为秋天要跑的
马养膘。
昨天跑的相对轻松，也完全是base training的功劳，还得继续忍。
比赛---“试验”
从来没有跑过的距离，比赛本身就是一个试验。这次也尝试了几样新装备（对我来说）。

My 3rd leg is my hardest leg. It starts with a continous 3.5 mile climb,
which gets gradually steeper. It then follows a 3 mile downhill almost as
steep. The course started out in the shade. "Nice", I said to myself. First
mile was pretty steep, I decided not to look at the GPS except at mile
splits and run by feel. Split 1 was 8:10, which was surprisingly fast. The

近在跑步机可以以pace 8:50 跑一个小时，周末就想着跑一个18 miles。
上周六芝加哥天气很好，晴天，稍凉。早上上完课，吃了一碗面作早餐。带父母参观一
下downtown，就快1点了。吃了一个香蕉 and GU gel，就出发去湖边。前2 miles热身
，就慢跑，第三个mile开始就按着9分多的pace，一开始想着9分45，跑着跑着发现9分
30心率也还好，就没压着9分45了。
到了9个miles调头，发觉还很有力，步频也可以维持在91/92左右，完全不象上次跑16
miles掉头时的疲乏感，知道今天可能有机会完成，并且最后还可以冲个刺：P
之前第6个mile吃了第二个gel，回来时在同一个地方的 water station，12 miles吃最
后一个gel。13 miles的时间是2:05。比我7月份的rock n roll 首半马(2:11)还快－＿－
困难的时候出现在15个mile，脚明显感觉乏了。每一步跨出去都要费extra力，脚弓处

今年真正开始严肃的跑步是从七月才开始的，一开始就想刷刷5K的成绩就好了。长距离
的比赛就以前参加过一个斑马，还是高心率跑下来的。之后虽说还是有些心痒痒，但是
还是没有认真考虑过重新来一个半或全马（倒是一直忽悠Outbacker，未遂）。直到再度
温习了wordpress的"我们的节日"，我才觉得也许我坚持训练，可以在weekend跑一个26
mile的longrun，但是没有办法享受"节日"的气氛，没有可能去体会All out in last m
ile.
今年可以参加的只有10月中和11月下旬的比赛了，只好安排先跑一个斑马，根据情况来
看11月的全马了。
训练是根据smart coach的plan，基本上是今年能抽出来的最多的时间了，MPW还是很难
看，只有30多。倒是Tempo/Speedwork和weekend的long run基本上都跑下来了，也没有
受伤。和去年相比跑的时候更为关注HR，Junk Mile也少一些。

介绍一下个人2012年的经验，个个属实，仅供参考。不过内容有点唐僧了哈。。。本人
开卡时间是2012年4月28日，为了达到12月31日$25K的消费，压力还是巨大的。具体如
下：
1，2012年10月买了房，需要修的地方比较多。原本以为$25K的消费可以依赖UA卡，没
想到所有的Appliance都是从别的信用卡走的，包括冰箱，洗衣机，烘干机，洗碗机，
煤气灶，还有Furnace。这些总费用$10K以上，UA卡居然只是在旁边看。后来连买的木
地板，瓷砖等都不从UA卡走，UA的最大贡献只是买了些油漆，工具，Crowning Molding
之类的小玩意，还有些Closing费用，房屋保险，小家具之类。总体算来，UA卡在房屋
装修上面仍开支近$7k。
2，UA在车方面的贡献最大，因为这些信用卡很少有Bonus，譬如车保险，停车费，政府
强收的管理费，修一次车上千刀，乱泊车和被警察诬陷没有Yield行人的罚款（哭死了

因：
我说的前提是10年之内的车，车龄其实更重要。
1: 一般大于这个mile的车，有毛病的，大都都直接送junk yard了，私人拿出来的卖的
，往往都是自己认为车还行，送junk yard 可惜车了。
2. 同样年龄的二手车， 17万mile 和 10万mile 到你手上出问题的概率是差不多的。
主要是保养，开车多的人，对车的保养一般要好些。
3。最关键的一点是进入价格低，比如一辆2002 年 17万 mile 的taurus 1300， 10万
mile 的3000。 在开起来没有毛病的情况下，买1300 的taurus 从可能发生的经济损失
上来说要小，实在出大问题了，亏的少。
4。车真正需要换配件往往是 120k 到 150k 这个阶段，过了150k，许多配件都换过了。
miles 数很多时候是个心魔，根miles 直接相关的部件比如ENGINE， TRANSMISSION 什
么时候坏，其实在过了10万mile以后是没有多大联系的。

机票用partner自己的mile定需要多少mile和BA需要多少mile不一定是一样的 你要用BA
的mile 就不用考虑那个航班的航空公司自己需要多少mile了
这个1:1兑换挺有意思 你根本不可能在不同的航空公司之间兑换mile 所以没什么意义
去想什么兑换比 也没什么能转换的 根本转换不了
用redeem mile勉强相比又能怎样呢 如果你只有BA的mile就去看BA要多少就好了
电话订AA票的时候， AA所需的里程数和BA的里程数是1：1的兑换比例么？
比如AA需要55K，那么BA也是55K+surcharge?
一直不明白这个转换道理。。。 |
