迫不及待地要补上我的另一个recipe了——香蕉奶昔
可能来米国也有一段时间了，跟同学出去喝东西总觉得花销还是蛮大的。所以就学了些
做奶昔的通用方法，回来跟大家share一下，下次搞什么小聚会，就可以在家里弄一点
了。Homemade的东西既便宜又健康嘛。
奶昔看似花俏，其实很容易就弄好了。关键还是在材料和怎样使用合适的机器和步骤。
材料：
香蕉 1个 选普通品种就好
纯牛奶或脱脂奶 约200ml 喜欢牛奶的可以适量多加
香草味雪糕 主要是提供口感和口味，加了雪糕可以考虑不加冰块
酸奶 约100g，加酸奶可以代替糖，也增强了口感和口味（这是我一个在五星级酒店里
面实习的同学介绍的方法哦！）
准备时间：10-15分钟
分量：2到3人
虽然blender和milkshake mixer都可以用来做milkshake，但我还是比较倾向使用传统
的milkshake mixer，就是一个杯子+一个搅拌的装置（如下图）。当然，如果是家里已

早上驱车先去Robert Is Here买水果，品尝了有名的Milkshake，这是一个水果店，颇
有名气，去Everglades Ernest Coe Visitor Center会路过，值得短暂停留，他家的水
果非常新鲜和香甜，价格也不贵，名不虚传，Milkshake也不错，而且我觉得买一个够
两个人吃了。之后去Everglades走了Anhinga Trail，Gumbo Limbo Trail和Pineland
Trail。虽然来得不是看动物的好季节，我们还是在Anhinga Trail看到了不少鸟类，几
条鳄鱼。下午驱车前往Shark Valley Visitor Center坐了3点的Tram。
Tips: 如果时间紧张，建议至少要走Anhinga Trail，需要至少1个小时。这个trail上
基本集中了Everglades的精华，多种鸟类，鳄鱼都能看到，除去Park Entrance Fee不
