first career no-hitter, 9th pitcher in Phillies history to
throw a no-hitter.
托TBS的福，看到了Millwood的最后三个outting,晚上又看了重播，
今天就来谈谈感想。
Millwood是我比较熟悉的投手，以前看Braves的比赛就比较多，去年和
今年他又在我的fantasy队里效力。以前他排在Maddux, Glavine和
Smoltz后面，今年转到Phillies担任头号先发。许多人预测他不一定
适应新球场，新球队和No.1 SP的角色，今年前几场球他的发挥有好有坏，
不过这场球面对NL排名第一的Giants,他的表现只能用一个词形容--
brilliant!!!
大概说下比赛进程，开始不太顺利，leadoff walk了一个，不过慢慢他
就找回了感觉，第一二局有点shakey，一个界外球差一点就是homerun
了，好在裁判的strike zone比较大，他的high strike |

Boras rejected it on Tuesday. That was why Phillies traded for
Eric Milton on Wednesday.
Millwood was looking for a 5 year deal around 70M.
It is just ridiculous. I mean, look, Curt Schilling is an Ace and
he has been consistently having great years. Kevin Millwood had been
a solid No. 3 pitcher in Braves and he stumbled badly last year as
a No. 1 pitcher. Yes, no one can deny he is a good pitcher and that
is why Phillies are intereste |

Milton will throw the first pitch in Phils' new park though I wish it could
be Brett Myers or Vincente Padilla.
Phillies now have a very solid rotation, Millwood, Wolf, Padilla, Milton
and Myers. There might not be a sure No.1 starter but all of them are
very capable of being solid No. 2 starter in most of the teams. I now hope
Pat Burrell and Rollins remember to pick up their bats. If both of them
can perform to their exp |

resign Maddux and Millwood and Let Galvine go(Red Sox?).
put Smlotz back in the rotation.
Offense, get Castilla, Lockhart, and Javy Lopez
out of Atlanta and get somebody permanent at first.
If we have Smoltz, Millwood and Maddux in the playoff

发帖数: 5892 | 8 当谷公路本周末因维修而需要全面关闭，不少司机改用湾景路往返市中心，湾景路一带商号却因为客人因车流不断无法泊车光顾而叫苦。
由于当谷公路关闭，市府估计有近7万部汽车无法使用该条公路，而要改用其他道路往来市中心。
一间在湾景路近Millwood小区的肉食店White House Meats的店员便表示，整个早上湾景路就如停车场一样，一部汽车紧接另一部，客人根本无法停泊汽车在路旁下来光顾。
他表示客人若不能泊车在路旁，通常都会离去，开往另处，因此生意就做不下来。
然而却有店号持不同意见，De La Mer的员工便表示，不少行人按步当车，这反而让他们有更多时间仔细浏览路旁的商号。
此外，汽车因路面多车而停下来，亦让司机有更多时间浏览道路两旁的店号，这比做广告宣传还有效。 |

elkin黑墨比例比较高啊，孩子还有８年上高中，是准备一直住的。Clement附近的房子
，都比较老，就avalon附近的还有２０００年左右的。avalon at telfair虽然新，但
离上班就更远了。
听说clement可以考上，不知道难考吗？还有Elkin到底怎么样呢？
还有taylor morrison的avalon at riverstone，大家觉得怎么样？millwood这个小区
是不是太靠riverstone的边上了？会不会以后连fort settlement都保不住啊？
Riverstone新小学是肯定要造了，会把fort settlement的rezone吗？ |

今晚Kevin Millwood已经完成任务，面对过去三年中AL最不可一世
的Pedro Martinez（过去这三年里AL和NL的赛扬奖几乎分别被Martinez
和Randy Johnson包圆了，要不是去年中Martinez受伤停赛，去年AL
的赛扬奖也无论如何落不到Roger Clemens身上），居然发挥出十足
的潜能，将敌人的火力压制得十分彻底，保障了Braves最终的胜利，
应该大大地表扬。
明天Greg Maddux对John Burkett，也必然有趣。Burkett在大联盟
默默无闻这么多年，去年忽然在Braves大放光彩，和Maddux以及Tom
Glavine的言传身教是离不开关系的。今年Burkett又转到Red Sox
去了，这次回到对他有再生之德的Turner F |

At the end of the game, I was so anxious and nervous that I simply
could not drive on. We made a stop near a fastfood restaurant
