前几天一次行驶过程中MIL灯闪烁十几秒后就一直亮着,然后等红灯的时候感觉车身比
之前要明显的抖一些。之后每次发动车子都会亮MIL灯,idle时车身发抖。不知道是什
么原因,上来请大侠帮忙诊断一下。万分感谢。 |

califonia out of all 50 states, so markets outside of CA is very different
than the over heated CA market.
you may argue if the portfolio is appreciating 15-20% a year now, why should
I worry about short term lost? unlike other areas, CA dual income families
may bring in 250k-300k a year, thus can sustain some short term negative
cash flow, but I have to ask, yes you may able to sustain a 50k lost in one

coverage, but to better protect yourself, you should raise your landlord
policy to minimum of 1mil coverage, cost is very minimum.
in additional, a personal umbrella will kick in in to cover you if in any
event your landlord policy exhausted all its liability coverage.
personal umbrella only covers up to 4 properties, anything above that you
should seek a commercial umbrella policy.

especially single member LLC, is a pass thru entity, does not offer any tax

if the gifter is a US resident, he/she could give out $13K to 1 person/yr
without reporting this to the US. If the amount is greater than $13K per
person, he/she would have to report it, but still no tax due until the total
amount he/she gives in his/her lifetime exceeds $3.5 mil or 5 mil, i forgot
the exact number.
If the gifter is not a US resident, then there would not be any issue at all

imagine you took out that $1 Mil at the peak. What would you be doing with
the money? You don't really know how long the peak would last. Basically,
you have 2 choices, putting the money in the market or in the bank.
You would not buy another place with the money then, because at the peak the
$1 Mil would buy you the exact house that you were living.

我住在DEKALB COUNTY,2011年他们把房子在COUNTY的APPRAISED VALUE搞低。拿我的房
子和我住的那条街的邻居来说,举个例子,原来38万的房子,现在评估值32万(下调>=
5%),也就是5000多的税变成了4000多。
一点也不夸张,他们调整了【所有】PROPERTY的价格,而且全部是往下调。也没有
APPRAISER去各家评估,完全是根据市场数据CURVE出来的。表面看来,房主都很开心啊
