while chess can be reduced to brute force search, go can't be. although go
is deceptively easy, to become a decently good go player would take
significant amount of time due to its complexity. playing go games more than
any game reflects the ineffable ways human mind works, thus programming a
computer to mimic playing go goes deeply to the core of artificial

时隔两年,又找到了赶文章的感觉,17号坐飞机从加州飞回匹兹堡,身在万米高空还在
跑实验改文章,飞机上的网络实在是破得可以,接了VPN登陆到公司机器,按一个字符
都要等半秒钟才看到回显,但是亏得前一天晚上写了个好使的分布式框架,又有协作者
@Yan Zhu 的帮忙,真正能做到改几行脚本就启动百台机器跑想要的实验。什么是生产
力,这就是生产力。

不可信。如果是有学习能力的,那么应该是在下多少盘的基础上达到什么水平,下更多
盘又会是什么水平。或者说下的盘数增加,方差会越来越小。
这个目标一看就是固定的一次性的,没法前进的。

一般人也是这样,学到几d就止步不前了。不会下着下着就变成职业水准。
这计算机只是学得比人快,到达平台期更快而已。至于你说的进步过程,输入的棋谱
少,它的棋力必然小,这应该是必然的。当然这个算法目前的水平是,最高学到2~3d。
不过考虑到作者是今年开始做的项目,在我看来相当难得了。

不是这个意思,这里的神经网络只是用来tune一些参数的,不能起到不断学习进步的作
用,作者已经用了十四万的对局数据,但是在kgs上的等级分基本固定了,除非人工再t
une参数。
这里比较取巧的就是拿MCTS来做同步,而神经网络只起到打酱油调参数作用。事实上,
绝大多数时候MCTS是不采取神经网络计算结果的。到第300到第400步之间的时候,MCTS
采用神经网络计算结果的比率是30.6%,前面都是23%左右,一般300步早就到官子了,
官子每步棋都只有30%的准头,请问这神经网络不就是个瞎支招打酱油的么?
几个月时间做到1d就算不错,但你怎么判断这1d是MCTS的功劳还是神经网络的功劳呢?
如果作者把MCTS部分拿出来做个纯MCTS的程序,我估计就算没有1d也差不多了。换句话
说,神经网络和学习功能没有足够的说服力,paper自己也承认纯用神经网络的远远比
不上MCTS跟神经网络混搭的,这说明神经网络只是噱头,还是靠MCTS出力,而别人做的
MCTS的程序早就不止1d了,那这篇paper和项目的价值在哪。既然做了跟纯神经网络
程序对比的,干嘛不敢做一个跟自己的纯MCTS算法对比的呢?

prioritize searching.
just go to kgs and look at darkfores1 and its related literature, it plays
instantly, unlike MCT always plays at the last second even no matter how

I am new here, have my two cents for sharing...
Sergio Garcia was very much Ben Hogan like in terms of flat plane in swing.
Now he is more upright.
While Tiger used to be very upright, now he is a little flat in order to
control the trajectory according to his recently blog email.
But hard to say which one is better, having said that I don't think mimic
Tigers swing is a good idea. He is a different animal.

if you watch Tiger in person, you will see his ball flight are very low. he
got super fast swing and tons of back spin.
for us, i can not generate that fast swing, and don't have that much back
spin, the only way for me to mimic that ball flight is cheat a little bit,
and deloft my driver when i swing.
the ball flight was beautiful, and very useful to play at tough courses,
since the course designers tend to penalize you when your drive are off.

I don't think there is any useful existing yet.
The point is how you can measure?
I know a guys selling his app $9.99 by capturing the contact moment of swing
. -- this needs high speed camera, and some math involved.
My approach is , actually, measuring how fast you can flip your wrist. Since
we are talking about "your hands are actually mimic the club face, with the
help of your arm." So my approach is making some sense.

动主要是长时间有氧。
生孩子后没几天出来走秀的,我比较孤陋寡闻,只知道那几个vs模特,which are not

Great running form. My fore arm position is like yours, though yours is much
better than mine. I bent the elbows more than 120 degrees and swing them
toward my shoulder. Those training videos show the elites are swing the arms
beside their thighs. I tried to mimic those, but found it would make my
upper body position unstable.

You don't want to mimic pro athletes; they have a team of doctors and
trainers to fine-tune their stride for them. You don't have such a resource
. You think what's good for pros would be good for you too? It's hopeless

There has to be a line. And this is one.
Injuries accumulated from running could be really, really bad. I can tell
you that.
If you want to mimic some elite runner, hire a personal trainer. You'll be
surprised by how little you know about pro/race running/training.

I seriously doubt it.
Yes pros have a team behind them, and we do not. But it does not mean that
we know little about running.
For example, Advanced Marathoning is a book written by former elite runners.
Unless they are lying in the book (I would think there is zero chance for
that), they have told us how you should train for distance running. Many of
us here, together with lots of folks reading that book have shown that their
suggestions are exellent.

我倒是一直没有心理问题,以前也经常跑个6-10迈的
总觉得我们gym的跑步机速度和坡度参数不太对,同样的pace跑步机累得多,我今天数
了下,6.4mph我需要182步频,6.7mph竟然要188才跟得上。
会不会有些专业的跑步机已经mimic了路跑的情况,甚至调整过头?

1. you mentioned that you think you don't have sufficient pressure on the
shin, which is true, but imho it is not the cause. you aren't balanced on
your outside foot, but rather on the inside foot. This way you are in a very
nice standing position, but not very much you can do when you want to make
turn. You may also encounter run-away outside ski on harder terrain/or when
you try to make turns.

Well, I probably improved a little since last ben. But last ben
was against LD and I didn't really use my full force...
I know my left arm is kinda ws. But when hitting I just don't
have time to think about it, //sigh. I still can't mimic pro's
forehand even in slow motion. My left arm is not natural yet
when 空挥 at home. Hope someday I can figure that out.
Backhand: I'll leave it to aakk123, hehe. But seriously, in the
short term the only thing possible as a quick fix is to learn

I agree. That is why after I improve my fitness, I easily got bumped up
although my form still sucks. Because, for most of WSN, the fitness is the
bottleneck, they can spend tons of times in watching the video in front of
the TV/computer and swinging the racket at home to mimic the form, but they
won't run one mile outside.
with coach, it is totally different story. You pay and your coach also
pushes you, you have to do whatever coach tells you to do.

If it's 两回事 I wouldn't let my LD use it.
The only difference:
1) 21mm beam vs 20mm beam.
2) 8 pt HH vs ? pt HL.
3) 10.1 oz vs 12.x oz.
i.e., if I add 2 oz at the bottom of handle, it would mimic
PT280 quite well.

I agree w/ u, when I started to learn serve, I tried my best to mimic
sampras or landle's service and combined w/ my personal experience during
playing games w/ those strong black brothers modified my serve: much lower
toss, more slice, Duce side much wider position, ad side focus on T area
