我的主要目的其实还是跟自己玩mind game。以前老听大使说这个，觉得怎么可能，直
到自己半年前自己体会过才信的。作为一个recreational runner，经常被自己的大脑
take over，感觉自己意志不够坚定，很惭愧。比如以前一周跑5天，经常会攒到周末连
续跑，感觉这个休息有瘾，停一天第二天就可能更不想跑，mind的惰性明显，所以干脆
不歇，让大脑一点想头都没有，另外既然是玩Mind game，就以一种最boring的方式来
好了，这样可以让大脑彻底服气。不是你控制我，而是应该我控制你才对。现在看来效
果还行。比如跑了两三周我跟自己的大脑说OK，现在该改步频了，结果用了一天就把以
前总PUSH不上去的步频推到180以上了。呵呵。Kouros说过I take over my body with
my mind and talk with it, it listens. 看来还是很有道理的啊。我觉得自己的mind
自己可以做主以后很多事情就会好办很多了哈。以后训练还得请狼哥多多指教。另外大

发帖数: 1854 | 8 看完第2集以后我就一直在想为什么neo可以在现实世界里毁灭电子章鱼，昨天看了第3集
以后(和和，一直太忙，落后了)，我似乎明白了。
我理解是neo发现了自己的一个新的能力，在现实世界也可以看见matrix里机器的mind，
而且他不在需要象其它普通人那样后脑插跟线才进入matrix(当然这仍然是一种更安全可
靠的方式)，他的mind强大到不靠那跟线也可以进入，在matrix内部kill了那些电子章鱼
的mind.
同样这也是为什么，被smith的mind控制的那个人灼伤了neo得肉眼以后，neo仍然可以看
见他，只不过看到的是其的mind, 是那个带墨镜的smith了。同理，他后来看到所有那些
火一样发光的机器，其实都是机器的spirit
当然这种进入Matrix方式是有危险的，所以当他对此还不能熟练掌握的时候，会有麻烦。
所以第3集一开始他被困在一个中间地带，哪也去不了。而且这样进入Matrix他的mind不
够强大，起码是不到脑后插线那种方式，他对付不了太多的电子章鱼，trinity死了。 |

大哥以前对我说的一句话，其实当时我不懂，觉得他是在胡扯，不喜欢在一起还有什么

第三篇：慈心念
慈心念的在修行中最重要修行之一。我个人认为，慈心念，安般念，身心受念住，应该
是初学者修行的三个支柱。佛法修行中，除了以解脱为目的的念住修行是佛家独有外，
其他的业处在别的入世宗教中都可能会有类似的方法。所以，有人如果认为“ 慈心念
”类似基督教里祷告，我也赞成。慈心禅练习的内容我已在第二章安般念的前方便中讲

对于念住修行的“观禅”，作为“止禅”的“慈心念”和“安般念”所培养的定力是必

Naked awareness, i.e. mindfulness, is not always present. This is why Agama sutras talk about loss of mindfulness and development of mindfulness.
Abhidhamma talks about 5 (or 7) mental factors that are always present, and mindfulness is not one of them. For reference on what is mindfulness, see

至于为什么只有27%，作者没说哎，俺猜：
从小被fixed mind-set的praise 轰炸过多，一时半会还转不过弯来？
天生比较容易接受fixed mind-set的观点？
或许，这个growth mind-set，大人不有意识地培养教育，有的娃自己也会从自己失败
的经历中体会到？个性比较开朗乐观凡事容易往好的方面看？要不然，也不会有这9%了
？不过，也可能，这9%的mind-set没啥问题，就是以前的study skills 没整对方向？

我算是平时还蛮喜欢和同事同学里面的中国人外国人印度人多多聊天和试图去沟通了解
对方不同的背景，思维方式和文化，以及不同喜好等等的。这不是俺喜欢多事，我就是

AlphaGo以5比0击败欧洲冠军樊麾”的消息迅速惊爆围棋圈，人们除了对这款人工智能
的棋力、与樊麾五盘棋的棋谱、3月份挑战李世石的胜负等热议之外，对其背后的研发
团队Deep Mind也深感兴趣。
巧合的是，弈城工作人员在弈城网的众多高手ID中，发现了一个注册为“英国”的
、名为“deepmind”的账号，这个账号曾在弈城9D上站了4个多月，于上周日被打回了

The answer may be similar to why Germans, Swiss and Danes studied physics
and math, relative to Americans, prior to WWII.
That being, a long history of intellectual cultures in those other countries
