至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚
姻不能限制，但乱伦能够限制。

看pen女侠的report，一个感觉就是超强的mental啊，相比一般跑马的人都弱爆了，run
with mind是传说中的跑步的第二境界。
人是这么说的：
第一境界，run with legs，当身体罢工已经不支持跑的时候，mind takes over进入第
二境界，靠mind强迫罢工的身体继续前进；当mind都动摇了，骂自己神经病为啥要比赛
是不是要整死自己了决定当下就quit掉比赛的时候，悲伤喜欢情绪大起大落，而且越来
越频繁后，就进入第三境界，run with heart，据说在这个时候，简单的跑步tmd开始
向宗教高度升华。哈哈哈。。 pen女侠最后的run with mind，很让人羡慕！很希望自
己也能来一次run with mind的经历。和pen女侠这样run with mind的，让我想起那个
日本人说，it's ok if I die in the race.

突然好了呢？有没有数据做依据呢？其实除了他成绩突然好了之外，没有数据说他体力
好。成绩好了是因为他本来技术就在那里，一个心理因素，一个是饮食引起的过敏因素
，而找到所谓过敏因素其实很大程度也在心理上给小德以暗示，就是他从前总差那么一
口气，其实是心理有些小脆弱，现在心理上找到所谓的“原因”，突破了，然后就闯过
去了。
TT上有个thread，我觉得还是比较有说服力的，大家如果要批评就针对这个thread进行
批判，不要用什么其实大家心里都清楚来暗示好像所有人都同意蛰伏期过后运动员成绩
变好就是doping相关，我就不那么认为。纳豆伤退是因为吃药怕查出了，小德一直在打
是因为吃药体力变好，没查出来是因为吃的要太高级了，还没有上禁药list。这样的话
，不管你是不是坚持在打，都是因为吃药，我看这么推下去，离凡是自己不喜欢的运动
员，就都是吃了药的，这样结论就不远了。当然，bbs本来就是很多人都蒙着脸，所以
说话不用负责任，想怎么说就怎么说呗，特别是自己不爽的时候，说点泄泻私愤的话，

mind 是识别前五识，添加情绪，故事的机制。它实际上
它没有物理存在的基础，所以能够存活于身体之外，身体之后。
比如很多鬼故事，都是身死之后，mind 仍然存在产生的。
还有做梦，mind 还在，虽然其他五识不存在。
还有上层天国的神仙们， 很多并没有物理身体， 只有mind.
但是mind 不是轮回的主体， 因为它是无常的，无我的。
birth 的原因是becoming, 没有主体。

我一边开车一边听了一下昨天英国警方发言人的访谈，不保证理解全对，大概如此吧，
错了请纠正。
首先，警方到现在，都不承认死者中有越南人，只说还在调查，并且表示需要一段时间
，最好笑的，是警方还呼吁涉案越南亲属跟警方联系（意思是说，你们在自己社区网上
BB有屁用，怎么就没人正式来跟我们提供线索啊？）
警方的态度，在后面的提问环节其实表达得很清楚了，当记者问到，是否把调查重点从
中国移到越南，发言人飞快说了一个no,然后解释说，我们不预设立场focus哪个国家，
我们是open mind的（把之前对Fox 的确认中国公民说啪啪自己打脸），并且不断强调
“open mind”, 这个open mind在英语里其实是非常明确的立场否定，就好比你跟同事
BB一堆，人家最后表示自己是open mind,意思就是我不同意你，但是我可以考虑一下，
就是这个意思，但小将显然不懂，欢欣鼓舞得表示，警方已经接受了遇难者都是越南人
要把重心转到越南。即使如此，人家前面也强调过只是阶段性focus,话说能不focus么

我最初只是问了一句为什么你觉得“科学本身已经走上了末路”，是因为我对这个问题
本身有着天然的兴趣；我对你的态度觉得有些失望，是因为我对科研，对这个发考题版
，对你这个版主有着美好的希望；我也试图从你完美主义的性格和遗憾美学的品味上去
理解你的这个观点。
做研究的人，如果较真起来，当然都是聪明的，都是敏感的，都是Strong-minded。所
以这个讨论进入到这么一种状态，倒是让我想起张爱玲在战后香港的写过的几句话：
