，然后带回家，继续被咬的。 这虫子只咬我一个人。 很惨。
我当时在网上搜了一通后，给当地的Health Dept打电话，他们立即派人去查我住的房
间，然后告诉我这个酒店几乎一层楼都有Bedbug。 我立马崩溃了。 开始大扫除。洗衣
服，烘衣服，扔皮箱。 所有不用的东西打包，用大垃圾袋封住。
最关键的是要把床搞干净，床和地分离。 床上所有的东西都烘。Bedbug怕热。 床垫，
你可以到Target买那种塑料床套，把床垫封住。 我买了没有用，因为不舒服。 把床脚
放在4个小塑料盒子中，里面倒上Mineral Oil (Pharmacy 有卖）。 这个东西很粘，
Bedbug爬不上床。 床不要靠墙。 防止虫子从墙上爬上来。 当然，你要保证虫子不在
床上，才垫装了Mineral Oil的盒子。 我当时更本找不到虫，但是就是每天被咬。 每
天我都洗被子，隔离床。 我最后是用Heat Gun对床每一处都吹了一遍才解决问题的。
当时网上有人说要用双面胶在床上方的墙顶上贴一圈。 我贴了。

打底用的是elf的眼部打底，虽然便宜但是看过review效果一样好。
眼影用的是NYX ，黄色和黑色的单色眼影。
ELF mineral eyeshadow elegant
化法：打底后 黄色眼影画整个眼皮，不要太高，然后用黑色眼影从眼尾向内勾范围到
眼中部，然后用刷子晕开，高不能过眼窝，最后用ELF mineral eyeshadow elegant打
亮眼头。
眼线用的是L'oreal Line Intensifique Extreme Wear Liquid Liner in Mineral
眉骨处打亮，这次用的是遮瑕里面的白色打亮的，因为对于重色的眼影这样更显色。

要理解猫食成分表，一个很重要的概念是“dry-matter basis”（干含量），也就是把
水分去掉后，某样成分在食物中所占的比重。只有这样才能公平的比较水分含量迥异的
干粮和湿粮。
干粮大约有10％的水分。如果包装上写的蛋白质含量是25％的话，25％除以水分之外的
90％，得到27.8％蛋白质干含量。罐头或者自制湿粮有大约75％水分。如果有10％蛋白
质的话，10％除以水分之外的25％，得到40％蛋白质干含量。所以这里的湿粮其实比干
粮的蛋白质含量要高的多。

食物的名称和成分有很大关系。如果一种食物叫做“Beef Cat Food”，按规定它必须
含有至少95％的牛肉干含量。如果叫做“Beef Entrée”或者“Beef Feast”，那它只
需要含有25％牛肉干含量。如果叫做“Cat Food with Beef”，那它只需要含有3％牛
肉。不过，这三个例子里牛肉都不一定是食物里唯一的肉质。很多食物含有从名称以外

无垄断。接近一半在天朝都缺乏投资，其实很多技术，服务，管理和盈利模式都是公开
半公开的，按着美国的样子照猫画虎就行，天朝各行业整体有美帝一半到六成七成功利
，国力就远超美帝了。
再无耻的资本，也不能说在这些行业不努力赚钱，就想着控制着国家命脉和民生的基础
行业当大爷赚钱。
