It all depends. No lie, shit out there is really bad right now. Its bad
everywhere. Let's take the V100. Most firms have dramatically scaled back
their hiring. This means hundreds/thousands of students who got locked out
of these firms are looking elsewhere for jobs. The same thing is happening
in miniature within various increments of the V100. For example, kids at the
highest ranked schools bid a slate of V20 firms in NYC and DC thinking |

发帖数: 77 | 35 就是有持续的rundown，我说recording很稳定是指记录神经元的seal没有改变，leak
current也没有增大，但是做miniature stimulation的时候设定刺激强度到刚好大概50
％的概率会产生一个单个的EPSC之后，过了一阵子出现反应的概率就降低了，再持续记
录到最后就完全没有EPSC了，除非增大刺激强度。这个应该是rundown。因为记录seal
和需要的current injection都没有大的改变，我就考虑可能是刺激电极有问题，
用到50mA没有考虑％在内，应该是0.5mA，这个仍然是太高了，artifact大的不得了。
不过我最近把刺激电极放到距离记录神经元很近的位置后刺激强度降了不少下来，记录
也稳定了好多。

EPSC无影响。那么，spontaneous vesicle release不需要钙信号？需要的话钙从哪儿
来？internal release 还是基础水平的（nM）钙就够了？
