minutes, depending on what time you are riding.
From Chinatown you need to board near the Confucius building. Just ask for

我很不喜欢监狱里那种一半鸡肉一半黄豆蛋白的普通汉堡包。监狱帮厨分为两班，分别
是周一到周四，和周五到周日。周五到周日那班只有3天，但每天工作时数多一些，因
为监狱周六和周日有加餐，伙食品种稍微多一些，但大家还是吃不饱。小王和我是周一
到周四帮厨，我们中餐和晚餐都可以吃到碎牛肉汉堡包。不过，还是没有我希望得到的
lactose-free牛奶，也没有任何酸奶。
帮厨几天，我们得知，这么大的监狱，食物原料都是选的附近超市离过期日只有几天的
减价肉蛋奶，也有food bank的免费捐赠。不过，我们在厨房里面还是非常讲究卫生的
，两个月大家都没有发生腹泻等问题。
周五和周六，小王和我打篮球和长跑。我们监室是在二楼也就是顶楼，下面还有一楼，
都是男监，这两层楼共用一个室内体育馆，有两个标准篮球场再加一条环形跑道。狱警
在不当班的时候也在那里打篮球。有趣的是有两个狱警是白妞，篮球打得很好。我经常
在跑道上停下来，看两个白妞奔跑跳跃时胸部的颤动。
第一个周日，小王和我得到了去监狱图书馆看书报2小时的机会。我们两人各拿着一个

我经常晚上两三点钟从HHH公寓走到Yale Bookstore那里去买烟，
比 yale art studio还要远一点吧。路上几乎没有什么人，坏人估计
也睡觉了。不过一个女孩子的话还是建议坐校车吧，minibus是免费的
六点以后可以随时叫，大概要等5，6分钟吧。
中国人吃饭的地方比较好的呢有这么几家，Asianhouse，川菜做的不
坏，不过菜样比较少，京园广东菜，饭店环境不错，老板人也比较爽
利。川园是不是在colinton啊，没去过，太远，据说川菜一流。现在
新开的一家Eastern buffe，还不错，北京烤鸭做的有点意思。要说
bar么，Yale Bookstore那里有一家叫Xander的，Yale的学生hangout
的不少，Toads是official的Yalie的bar吧，太吵，主要是蹦的，还有
一家叫Anchor's bar的，据说是Judy Foster的favorite。在哪儿现在
说不清除，去过几次。大致就是这样吧。

.任何带有耶鲁ID的人,都可以免费乘坐.如果你的住处离开交通车路线较远,可以叫学校
的escort service, 这个service是24/7,也是免费的.

口子走进去的。沿着右边的护栏走，然后要向右横穿两条lane，车站在右手边。应该
Lemoine Ave附近也有入口的。
那些Minibus在Center Ave上开，如果你在桥的南边，就在Center Ave上等去City的车

这层简单的放个攻略吧
非常简单，
行：可以直飞，我是从伦敦飞过去的，非常便宜。建议不用做火车了。爱丁堡市内公交
很方便，不用开车。
吃：基本就当场tripadvisor。。重点推荐haymarket附近的中国人开的海鲜火锅，当时
是在穷游上看到的，非常赞，14磅，自助，非常新鲜，有螃蟹，刀蚬等等性价比完胜澳
门豆捞，后面想小资一点都是在市中心吃的，现在想来非常后悔。
住：市内选择很多，要是想便宜一些或者订不到房子可以住haymarket。我其中一个晚
上住的那里的hilton，也就是市中心的一半价。这个地方是当地人告诉我的，是通勤的
一个车站，local为主，到市中心火车也就5分钟不到，走路也就20分钟。生活方便，要
在市中心玩也没关系，晚上都有车，缺点是没什么夜景（对于旅游的人来说也足够方便
的了，当然如果你想晚上搭讪妹子带回来，距离稍稍远。。。）
玩：很简单，基本爱丁堡2-3天，一天街上转和城堡，一天博物馆美术馆（不喜欢博物
馆的人可略过。。。
）我非常喜欢，所以一天博物馆+美术馆根本就不够，之前也不知道里面那么棒的布局... 阅读全帖 |

刚去完阿拉斯加游轮回来，坐的是PRINCESS DIAMOND，VANCOUVER TO WHITTIER。感觉
非常好。唯一讨厌的地方是在VANCOUVER的码头挤了6小时过美国入境处。所以建议从美
国的港口上船。
船上购物指南活动建议不用参加，岸上给的东西比船上发的免费卷还好。
JUNEAU的冰川车票16来回，一上岸全是卖票的。船上要45。
SKAGWAY的火车票船上卖130，车站卖117，我们在当地大街上坐的MINIBUS,35,司机车上
大小望远镜齐全，一路停车让我们看岩羊啥的。
我们在Glacial national park 那看了calving,100尺的冰山掉海里还是挺震撼的。据
说只有两条大船让进到那几个inlets，不知道真的假的。Glacial national park 那天
几个rangers 上船当讲解。
还去了prince william sound 那看油污。
船上dining room 吃的比buffet 好太多了。
