tracking在哪个支付里付过了，如此等等。之所以会造成一年后才联系，根源是这个
minimum payment。
现在护士拿着tracking来要账，也就是两个情况：神医没有收到这个tracking的货，或
者神医为这个tracking的货付钱了。跟1年或者1周没任何关系。如果没有这个minimum
payment要求，神医可以责备护士怎么一年后才来要账；如果有了这个minimum payment
的要求，神医无权说1年太久，这个1年是你自己弄出来的。
现在神医的说法是神医自己的账目做圆了，但你的账目做圆了那是你自己的事，你没有
证据表示你给护士付钱了，或者你没有收到货，而护士出示了他交货的证据也就是
tracking。其实神医自己描述的收货发货过程看，要精确做帐是要比较小心翼翼才能做
到。
所以我个人认为楼主占理，而且楼主也没有要求付钱，已经认赔离场，那么他说谎的可
能性很小。当然我也不认为神医就是故意赖账，而是觉得神医的这个minimum payment

Description， 与我两年前 在同一公司，同一职位上做的PERM的Minimum Requirement
/Job Duty不一样-------
H1B extension的Minimum Requirement是5 years+Bachelor,
PERM的Minimum Requirement是9 years+Bachelor。
当然了 Job Duty也有差别。
我查了一下 form-129,里面确有Job Duty一栏，但是没有Minimum Requirement一栏。
我担心， 将来USCIS会不会拿我的 H1B extension里的Minimum Requirement/Job Duty
跟 PERM做比较，来找我麻烦。

non-exempt和exempt的区别其实是收入高低区分的，联邦有FLSA来规定是不是该员工是
exempt.
加州的民猪党其实钻了一个空子，就是应该用总收入determine non-exempt还是exempt
，现在改用hourly rate.这样算起来，其实员工的总收入是远远高于FLSA的limit的。
你们应该去法院告这个恶法

1. 我看到一些regular program 最近的awards的awarded amount to date直接是
maximum
budget，也就是应该是requested amount。而CAREER award的awarded amount to date
都是零零碎碎的数字，这是说明有些regular program的钱是一次性打给学校，而
CAREER award和其他的钱是分批给的吗？是每年给一部分？
2. CAREER award的budget要求是minimum，而不是maximum。听一些人说CAREER一般就
是budget for the minimum requirement。但是也见过request比minimum多最后拿到。
请教一下各位拿过CAREER的大佬，你们的经验是怎么样的？是budget比minimum多吗？
如果是的话，有完全拿到吗？还是有可能被NSF砍到minimum或者以下？

假设账户里已经有20k了，分散在3个基金，每个基金都已满足minimum。在往这3个或其
中的任意一个放的话，还有minimum的要求么？
minimum是只每次放钱的minimum还是总数要超过这个minimum？ |
