——华人根本就没被当作minority对待却自以为是minority
华人是少数裔（minority）吗？在绝对数量上绝对是少数裔，但是华人，包括其他亚裔
在政治上，法律上，社会上被开除了minority的行列。AA沦为一个政治工具，用来照顾
并非minority的族群（主要是黑人和西班牙裔）。因此说到种族歧视，AA是赤裸裸地歧
视华人，歧视亚裔。
什么族裔可以算minority呢？法律上并没有严格的定义，是总人口的1%，还是5%，或者
10%，还是20%，才能算minority？
黑人和西班牙裔在人口数量上并不少了，虽然相对于白人来说，还是属于少数裔，但是
他们的比例已经多到不能算是minority。由此可见，AA只是一个用来反对白人的工具，
在政治上和法律上换个冠冕堂皇的名称罢了。
通常地说，相当多的华人对AA的认识误区在于自觉或者不自觉地把自己代入minority的
行列，因为潜意识里觉得华人人口少，当然是minority了。持这种想法的华人根本没有

持者
为什么？就因为华裔属于民主党identity politics理念中“minority”的部分，而民
主党声称致力于提升minority在美国社会中的生存环境和地位，所以华裔天然的就必须
认同、支持民主党？
然而这只是identity politics的一个侧面。事实上，民主党不仅将普通大众分为
minority和majority，更进一步将minority分为over-represented和under-
represented，而在此语境下华裔恰恰属于overrepresented minority。简而言之，就
是华裔虽然身披着黄皮，但是人均收入高，已经属于社会中的强势群体，应当像白左一
样主动奉献自己，照顾弱势。
民主党的这种观念你认同吗？我就不认同：
真正的overrepresented minority会只能眼巴巴看着荧幕上其他各个种族的超级英雄、

社会, minority 是指所谓的’弱势群体’像Black 和Hispanic, 有些人认为因为弱势
所以理所当然需要被特殊照顾. 最明显表现在上大学上, 尽管他们比其他学生的指标
低很多却可占有优势去top 大学. 有些小中学生觉得很不公平即抱怨又开玩笑说要把姓
氏把race改掉, 但那显然是不可能的.
对华人亚裔来讲尽管人数扱少, 但在社会上并没有被看成是minority/弱势群体. 从图
上可看到亚裔是美国最高收入的群体比白人都高, 家庭中位数收入在2017 年是$78000,
是黑人收入的二倍. 华人在亚裔中收入排第四仅次于日本, 印度裔最高.
有些华人把自己划到minority 群体以为因此可以得到像Black 的特殊照顾. 但是根据
我所知道的, 华人不仅在上学, 就业, 提升上得不到特殊照顾, 反而被高标准要求尤其
是男的.
现在这个社会,大概只有骂或解雇白人男人和华人(亚裔) 男人而不用太担心会被扣上’
