在股板潜水了很久，发现越来越碎片化，充满各种负面的杂碎的片面的无聊的东西。那
么多的时间，与其在这里灌水对骂，还不如读读经典，正本清源。或许更有意义。
从本篇开始，我要开始读巴菲特致股东的信，谈谈自己对文中观点的思考和看法。一方
面为了跟大家分享，另一方面也是督促自己，坚持下去。
并不是说巴菲特就是神，他说的一定对，我们一定要照做。我在阅读中，得到更多的好
处是，他提到了很多思考问题的角度，还有思考的点，自己以前从没想过。即便他不告

发帖数: 2341 | 28 从03年初开始投资米国股市，到08年8月撤出全部资金，总共5年半的时间，平均每年
outperform market 25%左右。08年10月初开始转战国内A股市场，到现在半年多一点，
已经outperform market 30%了。当然这种成绩有一定的偶然性，但一年下来
outperform market 40%以上估计还是可以实现的。
我想国内股市比美国好做的主要原因在于：美国股市80%以上的资金来自机构投资者，
散户只占了不到20%，基本都是狼和狼直接的较量。而中国散户的资金仍然占了60%以上
，可以找到很多mispricing的机会，只要有一定的投资知识和技巧，长期来看比美国股
市的机会要多不少。另外至少短期内中国对投资收入还是不收税的，这也是一个很大的
优势。
建议大家不妨试一试 |

is a good recipe for underperformance. That being said, "usually" is not the
same as "always". IMHO, Mr. Markets misprices rather quite frequently, so

CMO holds 100% floated rate mortgage, thus it is interest rate insensitive.
AGNC/NLY hold fixed rated mortgage and is very interest rate sensitive.
Right now market mistakenly treats CMO as AGNC/NLY. This is called market
mispriced and sell CMO like AGNC/NLY. So it is a very good time to buy CMO
