两种最主要的区别是什么？是不是盆栽还是应该买potting mix？颇有点贵的说。。。

第一年育苗的时候，各种小心翼翼，恨不得整天babysit我的那些小苗，经过两个春天
的锻炼，我现在心很大了，种子的生命力很顽强，根本不需要特别上心。我现在已经不
自己混合土了，嫌麻烦，直接买包打折的potting mix就育上了，苗都长得挺好。
不过，回楼主同学，育苗还是要选择soiless的土，比较松软透气，还轻。选potting
mix就可以了。 |

成wav的软件，要么只有试用版（只能转换60秒），要么效果很差。请问有什么好用的
软件可以把mid转换成wav或者别的cooledit支持的文件么？
or，有没有别的办法解决用midi伴奏无法mix-down的问题呢？

的时候非常有限，尤其是早上。所以希望养条不特别需要溜，毛比较短，体型比较小，
性格比较温顺，比较安静，见了生人也不拼命叫的狗。在petsfinder上看了几条beagle
不错，但看网上介绍貌似energy level很高，需要花时间比较多。还有几条italian
hound/chhuaua mix，样子很漂亮，而且据说italian hound性格很温顺，但不知道跟
chhuaua mix了之后是啥样的。
另外如果在小狗一岁左右领回来的话我是不是必须用英文跟他说话了？能否重新建立起
中文的条件反射？当然狗能理解双语更好。有经验了给俺指点一下，多谢了先。 |

three months to get my 1st ES cell line. After that, things become really
easy. My boss almost fired me..., but then she found out the mouse line was

me.

哪里有类似的例子可以参照一下的.

实验的目的是找出在鸡里和抗药相关的候选基因。实验分成对照和用药两组，每组都有
同样三种不同品系的鸡，每个样本有五个重复，所以最后的个体总数是2×3×5=30个，
然后对每个个体都测了体重（作为抗药与否的依据，如果不抗药，体重会很轻），并测
了全部基因的表达。我现在想到的mixed model模型是:
体重～基因表达(fixed effect)+用药（fixed effect)+基因表达×用药（fixed）+品
系（random effect）
有几个地方不是很明白，基因表达是quantitative variable，应该作为fixed还是
random effect？这个model找到的候选基因是不是和体重相关的，而不是和抗药相关的
？如果要找和抗药相关的基因，应该怎么建模型呢？
