But if we join pac16 together, tx will have less impact than they do now.
BTW, OU was not in the same conference as ut for 100 years and we had been
doing pretty good. ut is actally the school who really benefitted by joining
the big12. |

in cold right now.
I think it is a great move for huskers, both in athletics and in academics.
Last I heard, (psu people don't kick me) psu was not very good in academia
before joining in the big10 but has improved its academia a lot since. |

soon. they should apply for membership to big 12 next week after texas bunch
leave. Then, a conf with:
Kansas
KSU
Mizzou
ISU
Baylor
Utah
BYU
TCU
Boise State
and then add one or 3 more schools such as SMU, Houston, Rice would have mad
e it at least on par with Big East for an automatic BCS bid
Key difference here is that Big 12 already has an auto bid. MWC doesn't. |

The rebirth of the new big12/10 is like the beginning of the big12 with lot
of disloyal teams:
Mizzou is ready to take off, but only with a formal invitation.
AtM is split on whether to stay in big12 or bolt for SEC. When the time is
right, especially if OU/tx will rotate champions every year.
The revenue share will be more unevenly distributed, more to tx and OU(
though I have no idea how they suggest that tx makes 20-25million, so does
