days to close)--or may not be approved at the end.
the length of time really depends on
1. how many lenders on the prop--1st vs 2nd mtg vs equity line. obviously
one lender should be the most efficient. multiple lenders require multiple
lenders approval (all of them whom may have diff interest in the prop). if
one disapproves, then no deal.
2. price--if buyer offers a price that's not too much (varies from local mkt

to retest at this moment. I think the overall mkt is very stable. The drop
is caused by the finance sector which is not a good thing as we have
acknowledged.
Now by looking back, rally in finance sector is just a superficial and
temporarily as in A mkt. It is down more than the gain achieved. However,
this time, Tech +energy create hope for the mkt. |

周五的下跌，大家不少转向开始看跌，其实大市跌很难！
我找不到跌理由，去年11月的下跌是次贷引发的，今年5月下跌是石油飙升全球通胀，
贵金属，矿石，粮食等价格上扬引发的。下面还有什么大的危机要爆发？
能够引发市场危机的理由必须是实质的且是大家认同的。这样才有做空的力量。
涨一样的难！
中国的古话说的对！病去如抽丝。市场经过次贷的强暴还有经历石油等通胀的蹂躏，没
有足够的时间修复上涨是不可能的。

结果试了下，根本不可能。 90000多的买单挂在那里。
MKT ORDER也排不上队， 排了2个钟头了。
赶紧挂了七月的单，用MKT买回来了，损失了点手续费。
涨停第二天虽说也是一半一半，但万一继续GAP UP。我leg out就完了。 |

stabilize too, Fed's 2 pct inflation target to be met by then and policy
normalization will acclerate.
Put it simply, right now, mkt is betting on 2 rate hike next yr whereas fed
looking for 4 hike. I believe early next yr mkt will be right and interest
rate will remain low, at least real interest. But by mid next yr, fed shld
be right and mkt to reprice.

What happend to them is that Fed reserve is trying everything they could to
save the house mkt.
In another word, house mkt may not look as good as it was in the past month.
Therefore, Fed comes out and said, FNM and FRE are removed from the 200
billions
cap. What it really means is that they got unlimited access to the money

is not allowed to fail from any circumstance. Stock below $1 will be removed

bearish to me. Didn't like the way mkt moved on Friday, too weak, and not
much volume.
There's no good news or big rapid panic falls to cause a rally. Actually,
people may all be waiting for the next bounce up to run out.
On the other hand, given the Asian mkt's bloody conditions, US mkt is doing
remarkably well today!
Still don't see any trend. Maybe it'll just be a piggy range until after the
election.

车，所以决定看看crossover.
初步决定了三个候选对象，MDX, Enclave, Lincoln MKT
mdx的外形中规中举,但是LD不想买日本车了,加上实在是没有什么特点,就放弃了.
Enclave的外形我很喜欢,可是旧车贵的离谱,新车又很难讲价(目标价位msrp minus $6-
7K),也一直没出手.
林肯的外形是我最喜欢的,而且base model就已经配得很好了,就是太贵,所以一直在看
二手车.没想到临近年关,新车降价,最后的价格居然比2年旧的旧车只贵$4k,就决定从了.
进一步和dealer讨价还价之后（赞一句LD,发挥想象力，敢于要价，善于要价），以
36000拿下了2011 mkt base model (black exterior and black interior, 9600 off
msrp, 5500 off invoice, 5000 off true car best price), 最后出门价37650。
希望对大家能有个参考。 |

新车有保修，就别考虑什么出问题了，而且可以找后排有空调出风口的，冷起来很快

发帖数: 58 | 48 so far so good！ 买之前试了RX450、Mdx、Xc90、Q7和jx35，mkt，q7最棒，超出预算
，弃之。
XC90就像开坦克，不是一般的硬！MDX超控不够顺滑，空间略小。RX就是肉一个字！MKT
觉得都很不错，屁股太难看。最后砍价原因入手了JX。每个人开车习惯不一样，对不同
车型要求也不同。仅供参考。 |

The only reason I realized that I might be so wrong
was that I saw lots of people did the same thing
yesterday on the discussion boards.
A few days ago, there was a good discussion about being bullish
or bearish in the SZ board. Actually half vs. half. Each side
has seemingly solid reasons. I guess that's why mkt is side-walking
these days. I would think mkt is waiting for a signal and each way
is possible. |
