Try the newer one from Muller lab. MMTV-Cre-IRES-HER2; basically the Cre wi
ll be in the same cells as HER2; it should save you breeding time and give y
ou cleaner results.
He might got an inducible one as well. |

比较specific(mammary gland, salivary gland and one more organ).

except Muller lab. I have finished the MTA with Dr. Muller for months,
however, the strike at McGill is going on for months and we don't know when
it can be done. I am hoping that I could get the mice from other labs (Dr.
Muller has agreed). Please let me know if you have some information on this
strain. Or you can recommend any good Cre mice (in FVB background) for
breast cancer study. thanks a lot! |

reporter mice. Very nice GFP fluorescence signal was seen in ductal trees
of Cre-postive/Rosa-YFP (+/-) mouse mammary glands. I then isolated mammary
epithelial cells using the Stem Cell kit (Collagenase/Hyaluronidase
digestion). No GFP-positive cells were detected using FACS analysis. Can
anyone give some suggestions on how to preserve GFP for FACS? Or can anyone

腺组织特异性表达，看老鼠自发乳腺癌是否会增多。
现在想在基因后面加一个IRES-EGFP，或者IRES-Luciferase， 用来指示目的基因的过
