maybe posting my my 锻炼LOG here could motivate me go to gym more often:
April 23 Sat.
2 hour grass volleyball, hiked almost 5 hours at
Eagle Peak of Mnt Diablo, most extreme day for me,
then stopped by gym for 2 hours for light workout,
swimming, stream and Jacuzzi, just relaxed and recovered.
April 24th Sunday
3 hour grass VB, worst play for myself, still feel
the stiffness of my thighs...

路过Sedona 去Flagstaff 看雪/玩雪。周六下午开始下雪，周日早上去Wing Mnt 玩雪
，去得比较早，没什么人，完了将近2个小时，太冷，就奔向Grand Canyon，溜达2个小
时回来，到家7点。 |

mnt（高帮且硬）的。我用的是burton Sabbath，软硬适中，试过其他的都没有它舒服。 |

发帖数: 3290 | 45 Powder mountain最早还是从kolaz美眉在版上的发文里知道的，当时看了美眉的文章后
的印象就是，因为离盐湖城相对较远，这是一个被很多人忽略了的滑粉雪的好去处。
3月2号晚与先期抵达的Mu会合后，商量第二天去哪个雪场时，Powder mountain自然是
大部队到达之前的首选。第二天，Mu看了天气预报，说头天晚上Powder mountain下了8
inches，当天白天，城里会下雨，山上会继续下雪，Mu分析说snow storm一般从北向
南move，powder mountain 位于盐湖城北面，到下午很可能会放晴，我一听立马说，那
就它了，最佳选择。
车开出城不久，开始下雨，在Ogden下15高速的时候，已经是雨夹雪，再往里开没多久
就完全是鹅毛大雪，奔一个开车进山的video：

一路上没有traffic，快到九点的时候，距离雪场已经只有几迈，心里正乐着，车在离
雪场不到两迈的地方被堵住了。前面有人下来传话，有好几辆车打滑横在路边，可能要
堵好几个小时，建议大家先返回。
