中国加入WTO这么多年，外资银行在中国一直被各种限制，
所以他们的业务一直发展不起来，资金进出也极其不方便。
其他的WTO国家，有几个像中国这样管控金融成这样的，不合法
管，合法也管，限制太多了。
所以，小迪蒙主张一定要和中国立规矩，而且要按规矩行事，
WTO的规矩中国不执行的话，WTO不管的话，美国就该联合自己人
搞TPP，孤立中国，等于是把中国踢出去。
应该不止chase一家对中国有很大的意见，很多人早就对中国不满
了，他们的耐心已经耗光了。
所以，这次的贸易战有得搞了，Trump连任要继续搞，不连任，后面
上来的人也会继续搞。不仅仅是钱的问题了，不开放市场，特别是
金融和资本市场，估计完不了事情的。要是开放的话，中国政府对
这一块掌控会大大削弱。就看中国愿不愿意认怂了。
从企业界，到中下层贫民，美国人的大多数都支持对中国搞贸易战，

It is his FED Chair raising rates, the Bond market imploding, Earnings
tanking over Trump Tariffs, Mnuchin watching all currencies devalue against
the dollar, Mnuchin said that China not devaluing would have to be part of a
trade deal. LOL. The Chinese aren't even talking to the US. But now you
know the US's worst fear. China doesn't have to devalue as long a Trump is
doing it for them. Trump's trade war is in meltdown. |

据路透社报道，一位消息人士称，美国财长努钦（Steven Mnuchin）和中国国务院副总
理刘鹤在上周的中美谈判中“达成了一项协议”（handshake deal），解除美国公司向
中兴销售零部件和软件的禁令，作为交换，中国要购买更多的美国农产品。
另一位消息人士称，中国可能会取消中国在报复美对华钢铁加征关税时对美国农产品加
征的关税。此外，中兴也可能会继续被迫更改企业领导层。
这两位人士皆表示，中美达成的这一项协议还未最后敲定，但很有可能在美商务部长罗
斯（ Wilbur Ross）下周访华前完成。
