成医学影像界的华为，那就实在让人激动万分。
据说是有国资委和上海市政府参股，管理层基本是从西门子MR部门全挖过来的，各个重
要研发部门的头都是在美国这边的TENURE。成立还不到两年，很快就要推出第一款MRI
了，效率惊人。
但是一个主要顾虑是这个公司野心真够大的，步子迈得很大，各个MODALITY都同时开干
，心里总觉得有点不靠谱。
请问这里有已经在联影就职的或者是对联影有更深层了解的前辈给说说吗？ |

1.5T的——西门子1.5T的成本据说只有200万人刀，在美国大概卖500多万人刀，可是一
到国内就卖1200万，太坑爹了。在他们的宣讲会上了解，他们是打算做差不多品质的产
品，但是卖一半的价格。他们把西门子在中国做MR的团队几乎全挖了，而且据说也买了
些技术，最起码他们表现出来是对自己开发中的产品很满意。虽然说是各个MODALITY都
做，但是目前主推的还是MRI，管理层的人大部分也都是MRI背景的。
当然这些也都只是从他们宣讲会和网上了解的情况，具体运营咋样也不清楚了。 |

当时，RDN的股价同今天差不多，3块出头。
一周以后, RDN有好的季报，股票当天涨了三快多钱(翻了一倍)。这二个股票引起很多
同学的注意，RDN曾经到过接近20，但是我在20没有买，大约掉到12左右买掉了。
有些同学(包括我), 在这个股票上挣了不少钱。
在2009年
1) RDN book value was around 30, PMI's was over 10, so price/Book was very
attractive
2) People expected the housing crisis would be over(or close over) by now(
2011-2012).

1) RDN's book value is under 7, PMI is under 2(I expect that PMI's book
value should be close to $1 after next month earning).

发帖数: 1100 | 21 先说一个小插曲, 在pip之前, lz被offer了一个极小的不公平的package(涉嫌歧视).
昨天老板启动了pip, 本砖家也不能寐. 连夜给HR写了封信. 主要有三点:
1. 他们首先给我一个package,要我辞职. 我没有同意, 然后就给我pip, 可见pip已经
被扭曲了. 不是为了提高员工水平,而是成为经理肆意裁人得手段. 和pip初衷相背离.
2. 根据我得统计数据显示, 被pip得人80%来自于同一族裔. 该族裔有modal minority
之称, 居然在我寺拥有最高得pip rate. 种族歧视.
3. 我得统计数据显示, 没有人能成功survive过pip. 加上本司木有末尾淘汰制度.所以
涉嫌滥用pip. 使公司受损, 形象大跌.
最后要求HR部门计算两个数据: race based pip rate和department based pip rate.
并要求HR take相应得行动. 我保留进一步诉诸法律得权利.
今天早上收到HR得回复,说将严肃对待.并在11点和我开会, 进一步了解我得concern.

cancer居然没有太好的imaging modality检查，差点冲动去读博，想搞
一个没有radiation,没有pain的imaging device.
anyway，早生孩子可以大大降低breast cancer的发病率。 还有女孩子
们应该学习自检，发现早了很容易治。

District Judge Shira Scheindlin 判定允许了一起针对NYPD的集体诉讼 （在美国，
一个法律机构要代理一批人对同一类事件发起集体诉讼，都必须通过法院批准）。 法
院批准集体诉讼的申请往往意味着原告的诉讼请求有很大的法律和事实基础。 在民事
