I usually sleep at night and go to sleep again during lunch time (1 hr.).
The surge only shows my night sleep in the graphs. My lunch break sleep does
not appear.
However, it does appear in the data.
This eay I keep missing my goal of 7 hours.
What can I do to add this hour?

她/他说你家的事情我不是专业人士， 不做评判。
在讨论我家的事情时， 我可以说根本就是胡说八道。 屁都不懂。
涉及到医疗非常困难， 我给你举几个例子：
1 医生会对血液造假， 比如我家宝宝， 病情危急的时候不取样， 而是调整后取样。
2 错误解释。 尿液不好调整， 不正常， 应该解释成可能有某个病， 但是报告上都是
写因为奶粉。
3 医生乱估计。 比如我家宝宝肝脂肪化。。 mgh估计是moderate， 是>33% (33-66是
moderate, 中间值是50), 而sch估计是<5%。而且是换了病理医生估计的， 原来的病理
可能不愿意太出格。
4 否定报告存在。 review的时候不给， 拖延等等。
5 医生杀人稀松平常。
我的建议是如果没有permanent injury就算了。 你除非有关系， 否则搞不定。 这里
的医疗人士， 人品绝大多数都很低。
都要先误导你， 然后说你没证据， 你拿出证据来都承认自己不懂， 然后鸟兽散，
过一会儿回来诋毁你和你的家人。

Schadenfreude. Imagine the poor slob who wrote this; trying -desperately- to
avoid the fact Obama proved himself to be clueless and incompetent last
