官方数据本身就在叙述一个令人叹息的故事。在2009年底北京注册的机动车已经达到了
4700 万辆，比2008年增加了百分之二十，并以每天2000辆的速度增加。更可怕的是到
2015年，北京的机动车数量将是现在的一倍！
