Let us say we can sell FAS straddle: ITM calls/puts. I don't want to own any
long positions of these ETFs because of the hidden time-decays. So my "

If it were a dispute, the problem lied in the misunderstanding of an orally
modified term in the rental agreement. Since either party had a different
definition of the modified term, there is no consideration thereof and no
modifed contract. Parol evidence might be allowed in court for the dispute
from both parties. But hard to say who is right or wrong. It sounded like a
genuine and reasonable mistake made by both parties.

1. 什么是PLU code？
PLU code 指的是price look-up code. 不知你有没有留意，在你买回来的水果蔬菜上
面，有时会看到贴有一个小园纸片，上面会显示一个4位或是5位的数字。这个数字就是
PLU Code。早在1900年它就出现于超市，以确保结帐或库存控制更简单，更快速，更准
确。
2. PLU Code代表什么呢？
很简单，目前只有这四类，分别是以3，4，8，9数字打头的。
3 或4 字开头的四位数------表示传统方法种植，使用了化肥和杀虫剂的农产品。
8 字开头的五位数 ------ 表示转基因农产品。
9 字开头的五位数 ------ 表示有机农产品。
3. 必须在农产品上标注PLU吗？
不是的。PLU系统是完全自愿的，它不由政府机构鉴管，完全是基于业务上的需求。在

internet, etc, and then you modify the terms. And then you get better at
modifying the templates. How do you get better at modifying? Read the
contracts carefully, over and over, and try to understand why each word is
there/isn't there.
The worst lawyer (and likely to be expensive, too) would be one who tries to
write a contract from scratch. |

long process, should consider about it from now;
